Holiday Inn Eau Claire South I-94 by IHG

My husband and I stayed here one Saturday night as my friends reception was on the premises. Was a beautiful venue and we should have stayed the night before as well! Was a wonderful experience. I was able to check in early to touch up makeup and change before the ceremony, as it was a bit of a drive. Husband used the pool and hot tub. No complaints here. Would come back and make a weekend out of it.

Staff and hotel were great, clean and well maintained. Bathroom was clean. I booked a queen suite with additional living space and found no sofa for relaxing to be in the room. The inline representation of this room is misleading. I found out I wasn’t the only guest that was surprised, actually disappointed by the lack of a sofa. The room was nice and spacious, however and the beds and pillows were comfortable. I would recommend a stay at this Holiday Inn in Eau Claire. Johnny’s Steakhouse was superb! Very convenient to all shopping!

We just got married here in November and I can’t recommend it enough. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue. Great location. Terresa was the best to work with – she was easygoing and professional from the start and made us feel very welcome. You couldn’t ask for a nicer person to work with. All our expectations were met and then some. The rest of the staff go out of their way to meet your every need and are on top of everything. Just wonderful in every way. The price is very affordable. Our guest loved all the food provided by Johnny's Italian Steakhouse

Desk Staff was super Helpful Teng and Sarah - were amazing. We stayed on a Saturday night the first time 01/18 after being declined from another hotel that I had booked weeks ago for a little swimming and a sleepover for my son's birthday with 2 friends. - the other hotel had said that their policy was no locals within 40 mile radius could rent a room there. Which would've been nice that they mentioned this when I booked originally- not the point but Holiday Inn luckily had a room, the gal that checked us in was so incredibly nice and accommodating fast forward to the following Friday- I had already booked a room for an event for my daughter and when some last minute RSVPS came through we were able to book another room same day of event and Teng was able to get us adjoining rooms- last minute. I was so grateful for both stays. The rooms at Holiday Inn off of Owen Ayres is exceptional- the maid service included. Pool area was clean and enough chair and table space for multiple families to use at the same time. We look forward to booking here again in the future.

The hotel was clean and in good working order. However, when we arrived at roughly 7pm, there was no one at the desk. A restaurant staff member had to come grab the front desk agent from the office where they were sitting behind closed doors. Then she proceeded to run the card on the reservation without verifying who it belonged to, or that we wanted to charge on that card. Ended up solving the financial inconvenience ourselves. Upon checkout, we came down slightly before the restaurant was supposed to open. The front desk agent got us checked out, and then watched us sit in the lobby for 15-20 minutes before I had to ask why the restaurant wasn't opening. Come to learn that they were closed in the mornings for construction once i went and asked. They had pastries available as a means of compensation, but they were clearly old, stale, and hard. Just would have been nice to know that a little sooner since we we're waiting in plain sight. Obviously we weren't waiting for a shuttle, so it may have been a good idea to ask us if there is anything else we need. May have saved us all time. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It has easy access and the team is always nice and cordial. Breakfast is great and always clean. The gym area is great for me to us when I can make the time. Beds are comfy.

We were put in a corner room on top floor which was awesome. Loved the pillows so much I want to buy some for home. Rooms are very spacious. Would be nice to have more than 3 towels for a couple night stay

We have never stayed in such a clean hotel! The room was huge, like a suite. The amenities were generous. Dinner at the attached restaurant was delicious. I'm so glad we stopped and am putting this place on my favorites!
