Nice clean basic room for the price. Great hot tub and glad they had a pool too. Cold air was coming through the window. I would stay there again though. Gal at the front was new, very sweet, but didn’t know pool hours or breakfast hours for sure which is some of the main information you should know. But very nice. Again, a very clean hotel.

This hotel is reasonably priced, it is always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. They have a nice breakfast and they are conveniently located next to the airport shuttle and interstate. I have stayed there a few times now and will go back. (I also love the huge lights for reading.)

Nice and clean, staff was super friendly and helpful, coffee was hot and breakfast was nice. Wish the pool would have been open later then 10pm, but thats only due to our late arrival of 945. All around a very decent place to stay

The room was very cold, even turning up the heat. Beds are nice and comfy along with the pillows. Other than that we showed up around 11pm and there was someone to greet us at the desk. All members encountered seemed very friendly. This is a nice, clean hotel and I look forward to seeing you guys in the future, thanks! -another AmericInn employee

I travel a lot and sometimes all I want is a flat surface to sleep on. So, I was really expecting a bit of a lower standard because it was cheap with this place. I was pleasantly surprised by the lobby and the overall cleanliness. The people at the front desk were incredibly nice no matter how early or late it was. Thanks guys!

The desk clerk went above and beyond to find a chair that my husband, who had a broken arm, could use. We were so grateful for that chair. The room was clean. They are updating rooms which is something all hotel/motels should do. The breakfast had choices of pancakes, sauges, eggs, and more. I recommend this motel.

Very clean, great reception area. Very Helpful individuals. Very nice pool. Good Continental Breakfast.||Great place to have family get togethers.. Free Internet. Close to everything Eau Claire.........................................................

No elevator. Ridiculous. Room dirty - hair all over bathtub and microwave dirty. Breakfast was 6am which was nice and pool was very good. Won't ever stay here again due to no elevator. You need to state that on your website.
