Residence Inn Eau Claire

I had a great stay at the Residence Inn in Eau Claire. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived—they really went out of their way to make sure everything was just right. Check-in was quick, and my room was super clean, spacious, and had everything I needed, including a full kitchen. The bed was really comfortable, and the whole place had a quiet, relaxing vibe. I also appreciated the breakfast each morning—plenty of options and a nice setup. The location is convenient, close to downtown and some great walking trails. Overall, just a really comfortable, easy stay. I’d definitely come back next time I’m in town.

Such a beautiful hotel! -So much counter space -Housekeeping really does a great job (everything was spotless!) -So clean, never have seen housekeeping at other hotels vacuum off the couch -Internet was around 6Mbps wireless, so recommend plugging in if you are a gamer. No lag) -Really nice workout room -Laundry room was very nice with PLENTY of machines. Also really liked how they had all the washers on the bottom & dryers on top. So when you were done washing you just threw all your clothes on top. Was very organized. -All the staff seemed very nice & friendly. -Complementary breakfast which is always nice when you travel full time. All around a really great & beautiful hotel. Definitely will be staying here again if in the area.

Love this Inn. Our suite was clean and spacious enough for 7 of us. Everything we needed for cooking was there, guest service showed up whenever we needed help. Our stay was amazing. Good WiFi and cable channels. We could stream our TV shows and watch movies. Highly recommend.

Super clean rooms, the beds were really comfortable, full kitchen and full fridge, really friendly staff, housekeeping offered every day, very clean establishment. amazing breakfast!! Definitely will be staying again! Very great experience!

We stayed here for my nephew's wedding and brought my dog. The breakfast is exactly what you expect from a Marriott hotel. Good variety, something for everyone. What impressed me was the service. I was getting ready to go fill my cup with coffee and the hostess came by and filled it at the table along with taking our plates up. The front desk service was also amazing. I had originally asked to get a late check out Saturday, which they accommodated, but then decided to stay an extra night. They made the process easy. If I'm ever up here again, I'll be staying here. Love how dogs are welcomed so we don't have to figure out a sitter or kennel.

My son stayed here while participating in a school function. The woman working the front desk (he didn't catch her name) was amazing! She knows customer service. She helped him while he was working on his project. He came home and said that she was the best. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel, easy to access location. Extremely hostile night employee that keeps a sign out that says she is helping another guest while she is in reality just hiding until you have waited 30 mins to check in and she decides to get up and be inconvenienced by checking you in. We are longtime loyal point members and have stayed in countless locations. Never once have I ever encounterered such a bitter employee. Immediately after she angrily checked us in, she put the sign back up and went back into her private area to not be further bothered by guests. Very sad to have built such a beautiful, new location only to have that be the way that your brand is represented.

We really liked this hotel. Room was very large. The continental breakfast was very good with a lot of options. They even had gluten free muffins and things for people with intolerance. Room was very clean, except for one small thing, but they took care of us.
