Overall, this is a decent hotel just for sleeping. Seems to be a family-run place. I'm not sure who was on the 2nd floor above me but ... it was SO LOUD. I stayed 2 nights and all I heard (mostly during the day) were loud thumps, bangs, etc. It was quite loud. The room I was in had a very dangerous toilet seat. I tried to tighten it but gave up. Once my husband arrived, I cautioned him to just be careful. As others noted, the location is great. As they are a bit high up, you can look down at many stores, restaurants, etc. You are also close to main roads. Looks nice at night all lit up. The people running the place were nice enough. There was no breakfast (despite what was written on some hotel sites) so just be aware of that. Overall, a decent place to stay. Could do with a makeover but, that said, I think our room was one that has already had some updates (though more are needed).

It's very clean for what it is. It's cheap and it fits the price. As far as the hospitality my goodness it's seems as though they have a right to come to America and mistreat us. Their rude, I ask for towels and soap they act as though they pay for it, if you ask for towels you have be insulted by them. We're black and they have gone as far as, to place us near their front desk on the first floor. Other than that its clean, should make the housekeepers make the beds and put clean sheets on the beds not used at least after two weeks. You can't be it for the price, the area ( the mall, plenty of places to eat, and it has places to go), and I've seen cheap places that are not clean. Rude but, okay for the price

Poor shape chair was poor shape a big rip in it entertainment console faling apart. Tub dirty and has hair in tub. End tables dirty burn hole in comforter and stained. Pillows small. They to cheap to fix anything. No pride. And rude. People not come again.

Poor customer service. No desire to help customers with a problem. The internet was decent the first day, but the 2nd day it has been extremely slow. After a couple hours of terrible internet I called the front desk to ask if they could reset the router to see if that would help. The woman at the front desk kept saying stuff that made no sense, including things like “it’s either on or it’s off, resetting it won’t make any difference.” I asked if she could explain, but none of her explanations made sense. I finally asserted myself and said “ma’am, to me this seems like a mistake in understanding on your part. It is definitely the case that resetting the router often helps when Wi-Fi reliability becomes sketchy. It makes no sense that you are saying it’s either on or it’s off.” After being called out she pivoted to the excuse that she doesn’t have access to the router. In any case — being unwilling to *try* to help and making up excuses is not ok. If she doesn’t have access then why not be honest? But why don’t the front desk staff have the ability to take care of basic things like resetting the Wi-Fi router if the internet is messed up? Just really lame when basic services like this can’t be relied on. Do better. This was just a few minutes ago at 8:20pm on January 20th.

Tera laund bohot chota hai. Horrible, nosy, and unwelcoming staff that never smile. I brang my teddy bear for comfort and they had the nerve to call my room and ask if it was a pet. I said it was a toy and they never said sorry.

Everything here is a little bit janky. Stains on the bed. Shower curtain tore up. Bad shower pressure. Was able to get a good night's sleep and it's cheap. Quiet until everyone started slamming their doors in the morning. If you want to turn in the A/C or heat there's a switch you have to turn on on the opposite wall.

The man running the show was awesome, very kind man. The room itself was a little ehh, part of the tub had the painting missing. But you get what you pay for. It was clean, the room was fine. Very small bathroom, but that's okay. It's in a good location, right next to a lot of restaurants and stores.

This hotel won’t be winning any awards, but if you need a decent place to spend the night, it will do. The features of the hotel were a bit worn, but the beds and towels clean and comfortable. My room was an adjoining room, and I could hear everything going on in there (thankfully a family with young kids, so everything was quiet early in the evening). There is no breakfast at all, and the hotel looks/acts like it’s the height of COVID. So not especially friendly feeling. If you just need a cheap place to sleep, this will be fine.
