Holiday Inn Madison at the American Center by IHG

Absolutely the best experience! Kim Perez provided me and the company the best welcoming atmosphere and great quality customer service. All her staff from shuttle, front desk, bar,a catering were incredibly supportive and caring about every detail.. STg is thankful for the way the hotel supported and help us plan this event. We will continue to have the Holiday Inn Madison West as our preferred in Madison. Kim, thank you so much!! You are the best!!!

Love this hotel. I’d say it’s my favorite place to stay when in Madison. I found out about due to covid orders with the National Guard where I stayed at the hotel for 3-4 months. I’m back this month for a weekend conference. Service is always excellent. Rooms are clean and well organized. Makes you feel special or at home. A bit far from the busy streets and restaurants which is nice because it offers a natural scenery and quiet space, but means you have to drive or have food delivered if you don’t want to order from the pub in the lobby. A good location if you like to walk or jog.

All the staff at this hotel is awesome. They’re always good about anything that goes wrong. They’re right on top of it and willing to make it right if it’s not. Front desk individuals are always happy to see you. The restaurant in bar folks are the best in town

Good clean rooms with great service. Everyone kind and attentive. Decor worn in spots (ripped carpet). Quiet rooms. Restaurant had a full bar, but only served pretzels and pizza's on the night we were there. Frozen pizza, but we'll prepared and tasty. No pictures - sorry. Would stay there again if needed.

Kelly at the reception desk provided excellent service and acknowledged our IHG status immediately. We were very pleased to receive complimentary buffet tickets for our stay. Dee, the bartender / waitress in the hotel restaurant also was very friendly and helpful for our dining and lounge experience. Our only negative was that the hot tub was not working properly.

The location was great and was close to everything. I was greeted with a smile and completed the on-line log in, and I was off to my room straight away. My room was away from the elevator and a higher floor which is what I requested so that was appreciated. The room was clean and had everything I needed to have a comfortable stay. The only thing was the normal soaps, and other amenities were missing but the holders were still on the walls. I had breakfast and dinner and both times the service was great, and the food was really good. Overall, it was great stay. The only thing was I didn't get the bonus points for my stay which is normally asked for when I checked-in, but it was never credited to my account.

This was the first time I ever booked for a holiday inn, lemme tell you I don't think im gonna go to any other hotel unless I have no choice. The room was clean, had plenty of amenities, Breakfast was hot and fresh And the bar was really nice to sit and have a drink at, just turned 30 and I deserved that drink and it was good. Very nice place, never got to che k out the pool but think I will next time.

I stayed here for a combined business/leisure trip. Hotel was clean and quiet with comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. No free breakfast as I have come to expect from all other IHG hotels I have stayed in. Mini Fridge and Keurig in the room are always nice.
