Staybridge Suites Madison-East by IHG

The staff at this property went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were addressed and taken care of. We were staying there with a high school cheer team for a state competition and asked if they had a space where the team could walk through their routine for the next day. They accommodated them by giving them a space in the great room to walk through their cheer. I travel for a living and am always pleased and impressed when I come across great service like this.

The hotel was very clean. Room was convenient to handicap parking and the exit door. Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen area very clean. Breakfast was very good with many choices. I will definitely stay there every time we are on Madison.

The hotel is very nice. Everything was really clean. Everybody that worked. There was very polite. Very helpful. Great breakfast I would definitely stay there again beautiful rooms.

Just a stop over night on a road trip, so location near the highway was good. Hotel is being remodeled. We had a newly remodeled room and it was nicely furnished and clean. Small but good workout room and large indoor pool. Breakfast was ok, not great. Staff was friendly.

Positive: Very clean. Updated/newer look. Free Breakfast. Front Desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Negative: Breakfast could use a little improvement. Hot tub was down when we were there.

We chose this hotel specifically because it was advertised as having a hot tub, which was the main reason for our holiday staycation. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the hot tub was cordoned off with caution tape and had been out of service for quite some time. This was extremely disappointing for us, as the hot tub was a key feature we were looking forward to enjoying during our stay. The lack of transparency about its availability left us feeling frustrated and let down, as it significantly impacted our holiday experience.

The staff were very nice and helpful. Checking in was very easy. The room was very, very nice. Super clean and inviting. It must have just been renovated. The pool was fun for the kids. The pool area was clean and super warm.
