Great hotel for your business or pleasure needs! The rooms are spacious and clean! The free breakfast has so many items for everyone. I have stayed at this location many times and have never been disappointed. Small workout area, pool table and plenty of lounge seating. Free parking. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Minus a few stray hairs in my shower, everything was very clean in my room! Service was kind and prompt when checking in and out. Breakfast was something I passed on given the choice of eggs and cut up hot dogs. They did have the pancake maker but I wanted something a little healthier. Fruit available was still under ripe.

We just stayed here for one night because we were in town for aUW Wisconsin event. It’s a two star hotel and the amenities lineup with that. The one thing I would say is if it says it has a pool on the website, but there is definitely no pool Hotel rooms are clean, employees were nice. There is a pool table and air hockey game. They have a nice 24/7 workout area. The price was right and we would stay here again.

The room was cool, clean, and comfortable. Keep in mind that the master switch at the entry to the room must be switched to ON in order for the lights to work. The room had a mini-fridge. There were outlets and USB ports on the wall between the two beds. Mattress was very firm. Although there was overhead lighting with a light switch near one of the beds, there was no bedside table lamp which I found to be inconvenient. If I were to stay there for a longer period, I would move the desk lamp to the bedside table which would solve that particular issue. The bathroom had a walk-in shower with a glass door, an anti-slip floor, and a grab bar for safety. The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast and complimentary parking. I would stay there again.

Do not book to stay here if you are looking for a corporate booking or needing to use a credit authorization. The hotel used my credit authorization (which has the booking confirmation on it) to pay for not only the booking I made but also for a separate booking that I did not make with a separate confirmation. No communication to me prior to the double charge and then the hotel were only willing to refund half of their double charge. Hotel is basic but fine, reservations and customer service is shockingly bad. AVOID if you are making a corporate booking or booking more than one room.

I am always a little wary when I choose the cheapest room I can find, but I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel. The rooms are just big enough, they are not super spacious, but there is a good size bathroom, a mini fridge, mine had two queens, and a TV. The AC worked great on a hot weekend. The beds were good, I actually slept the entire night without my arms going numb. What really impressed me was that the hotel was completely booked, and I heard footsteps ONCE. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a good noise experience at a full hotel. The lobby was always hopping. people playing pool, one family had a board game going, lots of people working, families eating pizza on the patio. There were a lot of families that were either visiting U of W Madison or moving a kid in and an entire bus load of kids on a church trip, but at no point did it feel like I didn’t have my own space. It was a fun hotel that was comfortable for families. It was close to Highway 12 so it was easy to get anywhere we wanted to go in about 10-20 minutes. We will definitely book rooms here again next time we are in Madison.
