Best Western West Towne Suites

Excellent place to stay, hot made to order breakfast and continental breakfast also available. Hotel staff were very friendly and courteous. Room was very clean and spacious. Yes it's a hotel that's a little older but, it's well maintained and the HVAC unit was probably the quietest running unit I have ever experienced in a hotel ever. I travel all over and stay lots of places. I highly recommend staying here if you're in the area. Oh and there are plenty of shops and restaurants near by.

Very convenient location. Many stores and restaurants within walking distance, close to highway too. Room was clean, comfortable, and has amenities like microwave and coffee machine. Free breakfast includes make-to-order hot items, as well as continental breakfast items. Staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. For the price, the quality of the service exceeded my expectations.

Turned on the shower to see that the bottom of the tub was full of someone else’s shaved hair. The tub did not drain at all and the water was standing in there when we left in the morning. I asked the front desk worker if we could get it fixed or move rooms. He said that there was no maintenance on site and he couldn’t move my room, so nothing could be done. Will not be staying here again and would not recommend.

Have stayed here many times and will continue to stay here. Rooms are nice, cheap, spacious. Fitness center is great and normally clean. Wish it had a pool or hot tub but the breakfast makes up for it. Breakfast is a choice of eggs, pancakes, French toast all with meat or potato’s. The food is cooked and made just for you after ordering. Other items are bagels and bread, fruit and yogurt, oatmeal, drinks, and coffee. My first stay I was on the first floor. I felt like there was a few homeless family’s. The room next to me had a couple people in it that always left in the middle of the night or morning. They had a dog that barked a few times. It also smelled like smoke when you walk by there room door. I seen them smoking outside but wouldn’t doubt they smoke in the room. Anytime I book a room I request lately to be in a different hall then that room. Will keep coming back though. Can hear the beltline at times but it’s not as bad as some other cities I’ve been in.

We had such a lovely stay, we'd absolutely stay here again! It was nice to have a hot, filling breakfast in the morning. Everyone was helpful. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. Great value for the price, highly recommend!

Bargain property on west side. Got suite with huge living room and separate bedroom. Very clean and quiet. Close to coffee sjop and WestTown Mall. Other than that no issues. Friendly staff. Get room in back, not facing freeway. Best breakfast including cooked to order omelettes. Room spacious.

Positive: Excellent Best Western with large, quality rooms and bed. King room had sleeper sofa too, making it comfortable to sit and use very large screen TV. Room also had a smaller full size fridge, microwave, and stove top. Excellent hot breakfast & dining room. Negative: No. Everything was excellent. Mini-store at front desk included bottles of beer options at very reasonable price. Perfect after a long day and/or late arrival to not have to go anywhere.

Over the years I have stayed at this location before, which is convenient to shopping and downtown Madison. This Saturday night felt like college men’s night. ||The door to my room was open when I arrived. Creepy.||My room was clean and neat. I slept well until my neighbor above seems to wake at 5:30 AM have a creaky floor. I could hear them walking above for an hour. The other rooms I had not heard people above.||Security deposit was taken at 8:47 PM, which I felt was strange. Typically it is taken if they find your room trashed. ||Front Desk clerk was not the friendliest. He mentioned accidentally charging a room $50 for a soda. So he was going to credit me $47? Only charge me $3 for a soda I did not use.||I will speak to management.
