Badger Hotel

Housekeeping was accommodating with needs. Cleanliness could be due to newly remodeled? Breakfast was standard self-serve. Staff checking in guest not very knowledgeable on billing processing and or how to deal with problems. Manager avoids guest with issues or gives impression not their responsibility. Made known to 3 different staff parking lot was icy and needed sand to prevent people falling, 2.5 days nothing done. Someone in our party did fall while leaving! Manager claimed parking lot not his responsibility!??? Will not stay here again nor recommend! Needless to say, booked rooms here because they had pool and jacuzzi, once there found out they no longer had.....huge disappointment!!! The fitness room....3 pieces of equipment with treadmill being manually powered, really!!! Don't believe I have ever been so disappointed in a motel\hotel place before!

Pappas Construction Co. Inc. travels all over the country. If you're coming to Wisconsin, THIS IS THE PLACE YOU WANT TO STAY!!!! We absolutely loved it here! They not only had comfortable rooms, plenty of hot water for showers, bar/restaurant, but IMPECCABLE HOSPITALITY!!! They made us dinners that weren't on the bar menu, chatted w is day/night to see that we were happy w our stay. You can stay at a chain hotel here but I can guarantee you, they won't make you FEEL like you're in the company of friends. ABSOLUTELY IMPECCABLE! We will stay here anytime were even near by. Do yourself a favor and stay HERE!

Room was pretty clean though it looked like there were some smaller black hairs (they looked like dog hairs or something) on my bed. The rooms could definitely do with some updating but over all it was fine for the price.

I give it four because the lady at the deak aas very helpful and prompt at 2am when we checked in. The beds were comfortable pillows decent only big issue is our rooms a/c didnt work. My boyfriend even tried to pull it apart to see if it was a minor issue that he could fix and its a major issue. But all in all it was a nice stay would have been better with some cool air. 😁

Dingy. A/C vents dirty and possibly moldy. Bathroom vents filthy. Furnishings are dated, and damaged, pressboard. Room cleaning appeared half complete when I came in. Had to toss dirty linens out of the room myself. There's a persistent old smoke odor, and the whole place has a unpleasant feel to it.

We stayed here due to vehicle problems. The hotel was very clean, accommodating, affordable and the owner personally drove us to the dealership to get our bags. Highly recommend staying here!! Thank you for all your help!!

Nice place to stay. Clean and comfy. Friendly staff. $70 a night. Bar and small grill attached. Snow mobile trail close by.

I was there during the renovations...the renovated rooms were beautiful, yet had some kinks to work out. Nothing major and the front desk dealt with it immediately.
