If I could leave a negative star I would. The room was gross, the carpet was wet for some weird reason, and I was charged $200 for sheets and a comforter that was damaged. 🤬 I have no problem taking responsibility for damages, but I want proof that it was that much to replace, even though it was most likely cleaned and put back on the bed. I called several times to talk to the manager and he, Nick I think his name is, was always conveniently not in. I left multiple messages with no call back. All I was looking for was some proof that this was what they paid for it, even though it already looked like it had been used to death. NEVER will I return to this establishment, and I hope if you are thinking of booking with them that you think twice!!!

Good value for the money and I didn’t have any trouble. The rooms were clean. Can’t ask for much more than that.

I booked with this hotel for a two night trip on 10/07. It turned out to be such a filthy hotel that I checked out a day early. The bed linen were used and had stains. I called to have them changed and the front desk brought me the linen to change the bed myself and left the filthy linen in my room. Also, the shower had stains on the shower floor. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL unless you’re in a desperate situation.

Positive: Leaving Negative: This hotel DOES NOT clean or inspect rooms. Upon checking in, I entered my room to a CAT sitting on the hanger shelf and was treated so rudely by staff when kindly asked for new accommodations. Also, there is NO mini fridge or microwave as stated.

I stay at this hotel in 2019 love it then. I return in 2024 to complete different hotel. The rooms are dirty and fill with holes. We stay in one room had roaches next room had bed bugs. Manager Nick will tell night staff to put certain people in damage rooms to blame them for the damage and he will lie about people check out times. The night time managers let people blast music, smoke pot in rooms and run around and pound on doors saying they are the police at all hours of the night. Red roof needs to disassociate with this hotel and the owner it looks bad on this company

Cockroach infested. The only building that has rooms with a microwave and fridge are infested with cockroaches. The 1st room they tried giving me had a toliet with nothing in the tank so no way to flush it. I was in the next room for 3 days and started seeing roaches. The next room they tried putting me in had the entire corner of the mattress coverd in blood stains. The next room they tried to put me in looked like a crime scene. The desk was hanging off the wall, there was blood spatter covering the entire side of the lamp shade and blood smears on the door frame going into the bathroom. The current room they put me in roaches have been found. I cuaght one of them and brought it to the manager n he said he dosnt think it is a roach and has pest control here weekly. I have been staying here since 10-31-2024 and have not seen any pest companies here. He refused any refunds. When I complained about the other room with roaches they did not contact pest control and had someone in that same room the same night.

Positive: Well as I've booked back-to-back stays at this hotel with in 2 weeks. I will say the 1st stay was excellent. The room was clean and the furnishings (bed covers, sink, bathroom) was clean. I was impressed with the quality of room for the price. Negative: However, the next stay in this hotel was light night and day. The room was atrocious. There was dog hair was everywhere. And the room was like it was half cleaned. Meaning only the towels were changed. Remote still greasy, sink had huge hole patch.

I recently stayed here and I would not recommend it to anybody unless you like roaches. My husband and I grabbed a room for a night there were roaches there was black mold. When I told the front desk They had Transferred us to another room and yet again there was more Roaches and mold. Please do not stay here if you care about your health
