Tangle Lakes Lodge

We skied in with a bunch of kiddos and a snowmachine. The trail was freshly groomed and the route is beautiful! We encountered caribou twice! Our cabins were clean and cozy in a sweet little spot overlooking the lake. The bathrooms were really nice and there were plenty of them. |Everyone enjoyed a delicious and generous dinner at the lodge. We hung out and played games and put puzzles together- a great laid back atmosphere. I was especially grateful for the hot/cold water station! |The owners are super friendly and fun to visit with. Thanks for a great visit!|What a great winter get-away!

I skijored and my friend biked into this wonderful lodge from Paxson. The trail/highway was groomed beautifully with a little bit of wind from mile 11-20. We were welcomed by awesome owners and a warm cabin. The bathrooms were excellent and the food was exactly what we needed. Will absolutely be making another trip out here.

Had an amazing stay at Tangle Lakes Lodge! Bike packed from Cantwell and was welcomed by a hot shower, cold beer, and a cheesy pizza! What more could you ask for! Will definitely be back!

Great place to stay for a winter getaway. Just a 22 mile bike or ski or snowmachine. Great food. Wonderful hosts. Cute little cabins with heat. Flush toilets and showers , too. Definitely glamping.

Outstanding burgers and very friendly owners in the heart of wildlife country. Saw more, caribou, bald eagles and the best burgers. Don't miss it!

Absolutely amazing- good food and lodging after a 22 mile ski. The couple that runs this place are amazing, I am very thankful that they manage to keep this place open.

Trip across Danali hwy, and stayed at Tangle lodge (cabin). This place is great. Clean & comfortable cabin and very clean bathroom with Hot shower. Great place to stay.

Excellent store and restaurant. Delicious home cooked breakfast. Store carries all the necessities with high quality items and also some local crafts and games if you’re bored. Got firewood and ice. They also have free wifi. Family run. Was able to pick up a bug hat here which saved my berry picking trip. Will stop there every time I visit the Denali Highway
