For what I seen while I was visiting a girlfriend of mine. This place is cleaner than some of the higher class hotel/motels. It was bland and plain but the burgundy curtains with the coal black rod weaved through them gave it some class. Floors were sparkling clean and wall and ceiling didn't have blood or other misc. on them at all unlike some much higher priced and rated ones. Parking lot was kept up and it was nice and quiet. Everything else was normal for this type of motel. But because of the care and cleanliness I give it 4 stars. Well above average.

Has to be one of the worst motels I have ever been to in my entire life! The price you pay for the rooms you receive are outrageous! The rooms are disgusting not clean smell and just overall are not good rooms. About the only good thing of the rooms are the nice large screen flat tvs but other than that Trails West is horrible. The lady running the place is extremely rude, swears at the customers, refuses to serve her guests, will not give clean linen, and is overall a horrible mean lady. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone ever no matter what it's better to sleep on the streets than to stay at the Trails West motel.

It is a clean place if you don't mind roaches drinking your beverage before you do. Showering is difficult because you get about 5 min of hot water and then your sprayed with Antarctic temperature water.. Manager is a very cranky and in happy man. Its 300 for a week. You have a mini kitchen bedroom and bathroom. Not bad however they could make more if an effort to fix these problem's.

Omg. Needed last minute room. I'd rather have slept on the street. $150 a night gets you no heat it was broken, a space heater also didn't work it was broken and NO HOT WATER ! When we informed manager she replied oh well you got the last room in town (which wasn't true)what a joke

Very, very unprofessional management! I've never felt so unwelcomed in my life. How can you run a successful hotel while treating your customers like second class citizens? You can't! Not to mention it is way over priced. For the same amount you can get yourself a three star hotel some place nice. A place you can lay your head down on clean sheets without the worry of bed bugs or other creatures sharing your space. But if you are looking for a trashy, low class place to stay then check 'em out!

Thought this was a friendly place at first. Once you've been here over a month, if you don't listen to the managers when they tell you who you're "NOT ALLOWED" to talk to...they turn into crazy people!! They threaten to kick you out, tell you that you can't have too many visitors, only 2 at a time, no one past 8pm or you pay an extra $50!!! They charge you $5 every time you accidental lock your key in your room. Washer doesn't clean very well, dryer has too bee run some 3 times in order to completely dry your clothes. Washer costs $1, dryer $1.50. There's a laundromat on the corner that is AMAZING & SUPER cheap & REAL REAL FRIENDLY!!! 😁 That's only if you decide to stay in this motel/apts. Oh yeah...our oven also caught on fire one day. We threw out things that were burning out ore front door and no one ever even noticed or said anything about it....CrAzY!!!😵😱😰

I know the area appears to be a little rough, but management are on that bouncer life!! NO TROUBLE MAKERS/THIEF'S TOLERATED on property!! 💥 Walk in Full kitchens, large sized rooms!💥 🅿️ Parking right next to hotel room door🅿️ ✨ U shaped property so no scary hallways, ONE ENTER/EXIT TO ENTIRE MOTEL✨ 🚫⛔NO BUGS!!⛔🚫 Management is a lil touchy but worth the bother to keep all the scumbags from robbing my car again!!
