Mountain View Motor Inn LLC

There are not many choices when staying near Great Sand Dunes National Park, so we were glad to have fount the Mountain View Motor Inn. The rooms were clean and quiet and the owner/staff were very service oriented. There is a self-service laundry, which for folks like us on an extended road trip, was very convenient. And the restaurants next door and across the street were an added benefit!

Everyone was awesome that worked there. Very polite and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel.very quiet and got a great view of mt Blanca. I look for ward to my next time I go there which is in a week.

This lodge's the beds were very comfy and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. You have to eat at the diner next door that os associated with the lodge! The food was amazing and plentiful for the price. The price of the lodge was affordable that we were able to stay extra days. Thank you all for providing us a great get away stay!

"I can’t say enough great things about the Mountain View Motor Inn in Fort Garland! The owner, Frank, is phenomenal, and it’s wonderful to have him back running the place. You can really see the improvements as things are getting cleaned up and refreshed. They have done a fantastic job creating such a friendly atmosphere, and Olivia, who runs the front, is absolutely amazing! It truly feels like home. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area!

What a gem!! The rooms were very cozy and clean. We didn't expect a Hilton with modern amenities but was so very impressed with how clean and new some things were. The sheets were very soft and felt like home. The towels were also soft and not stiff stark white. The lady and young girl at the front desk were sweet and welcoming. Was a great place to take a break in a long day of traveling.

The accommodation was perfectly located for a visit to the Great Sand Dunes National Park, being only a 30-minute drive away. The lodging was very clean and well-kept. I was satisfied with the bed as well. We arrived late, but were greeted warmly and checked in swiftly. Notably, I accidentally left some of my belongings behind, and the staff kindly called me personally to inform me, ensuring my items were safely stored until I could retrieve them. Overall, the clean room, friendly staff, and great location left a very positive impression.
