I’ve stayed here for going on two weeks now and I love it! This is the only hotel down Colfax worth spending money on. This is also one of the few hotels in Colorado that actually does housekeeping more than once a week. It’s also one The couple who run the hotel are the sweetest. I’m pretty sure they also live on the property. It actually feels safe here despite the location. My partner and I DoorDash together and this location has been really good for that as well.

Been here a few weeks. Easy commute to work, clean, owners are nice. Quiet area. No complaints from me. Room is cozy and comforting after a long day at work

Was in room for 20 min.... SURPRISE, little mice running around...all over the room, so disgusting. The old "waste of space" owners were completely rude, actually screaming at me that they have never heard this before...(b.s.) would not refund my payment, and I sure as hell didn't want a different room. I would rather sleep behind a dumpster somewhere on Colfax in the middle of a snow storm than stay at this dump. STAY AWAY!! Evil, good for nothing, terrible.... everything about my experience was as bad as it gets...

Me and my wife went there a couple weeks ago and during our stay we woke up with bedbug bites which prevented us from sleeping along with the sound of mice squeaking. We ordered food and shortly after two mice began running around the floor. We told management and they said they already knew there were mice in the room before selling it to us. Best believe we won't be going back and I would suggest no one else does either.

This is a place that was there and I was able to stay the owners are very friendly but the rooms are way below average no phone rooms are cleaned daily but they could use an account upgrade the room I had when I went to shower the tub did not drain until after my shower ended even with a plunger in the bathroom go figure it didn't help. This place is do for a make over.

The female owner of this place is one of the "shot callers" for the Kim family crime syndicate "Kkangpae" (Korean: 깡패) which owns most of the motels along Colfax Ave and beyond. They have no problem breaking the CRS of the State of Colorado when comes to tenancy or to grantee your personal safety from the drug dealers, pimps and substance abuser they prefer to work with and receive revenue from.
