Three Rivers Motel

It's a disgusting place and they charge too much money to live there. Nobody would actually choose to live there if they had any other choice. (Edit) I stand by this comment even more. The owners don't care about the quality of this place and why would they? They make their money. They have a miser of a terrible person running the motel. She is the epitome of a scumbag. Just an awful miserable person that must hate her life. Edit 2X: I was literally assaulted by the property manager's boyfriend. The police are involved. This is a toxic terrible place not only to stay, but to even be around.

There is new management. She is a very friendly and helpful lady. Goes out of her way to make all feel welcome. She will not tolerate any load disturbances or drug use.

I visit the area fairly often with my family and I always am happy with my experiences here, specially since the management has been changed recently. The new staff goes above and beyond to ensure that they can make your stay as pleasant as can be. My room is always clean and quiet, and the prices can't be beat. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone travelling in the area short or long term. You will not find a better value in the county than three rivers motel.

Look, the management is nice, the people their are decent people and it's the cheapest weekly place I've found, but the rooms are like jail cells that have cable. I found it laid back with no trouble. If you need a cheap place, it's there. I'd go back if I needed to.

Owner is all nice at check in. You ring the bell in the office and step out the door you'll get fussed at. He'll change the prices on you so make sure you get a statement and receipt. Bring more towels or you'll get fussed at for asking for more. He'll talk behind other customers backs. He'll fuss if you run the a/c too long which in Florida not really sure if that's such a thing. He thinks everyone is there to rip him off and treats everyone the same. Will never go back.

My travel companion and I made reservations for our trip all over FL weeks before our trip. When we arrived at this destination (around 5 pm), no one was in the office. A resident supposedly texted the clerk. In about fifteen minutes, I phoned all three numbers given on the window. Finally, a man came to the door. Yet, he couldn't check us in. He let us into to office and out of the heat. We were better off in the heat. Not clean! Then, the receptionist finally came in, explaining that they were having difficulties with BED BUGS in some of the rooms. She wanted to charge me more than my original reservation for a room without the bugs. I asked, "May I get out of this reservation?" She didn't argue, and said, "Sure, we can let you out of the reservation." That's the nicest thing which I can say about this place, that she seemed so willing to let me out of a reservation. I am waiting for my bank statement, to make certain that I wasn't charged. Wow! I couldn't get out of there fast enough! How does this place stay in business, in this condition?

Paid for a week stayed for a night the .spent 2 nights at a friend's place only to come back to all my belongs gone room ready for a new occupant , owner was rude I even gave back his keys a d he offered me no key deposit or any of my Stuff back, filing a lawsuit , I also had 2 sets of keys which still worked after they supposedly said I abandon the room. Of you rent a storage unit and don't show up daily do they take you stuff ...no... Bc it's against the law

i rented a room at this motel which was a mistake. after paying for a two night stay iI walked into. the room and was shocked at what i saw. the beds were broken the A/C leaked all over the floor. The manager said the sheets on the bed were new yet they had blood stains on them no pillow cases on the pillows. The blankets were horse blankets with holes in them. The ice machine was broken, no soap in the shower the floor looked like it had never been cleaned. over all it was just a nasty place. I would never rent a room from here again the manager was rude her boyfriend threaten to call the police because i requested a refund.
