The locks on the door do not work, so be prepared to prop a chair up against it to keep anyone from just walking in. Room service entered my room at 9:45 with no warning to let me know i need to leave by 10:30 lol There are bugs everywhere, there are no bulbs in lamps but, you get what you pay for. Great cheap party spot. I would stay again because of the low price.

Very quiet except for the occasional big rig. The manager kept to himself, unlike my experience at the Executive Inn in Warner Robins. Fairly priced, the nicest neighbors and the room was clean and newly renovated. So if you're on your last few of dollars, still have a long ride ahead of you and need some sleep...I recommend the Royal Inn for a night or two.

For the money it's not bad. Bare bones basic room with a bed ,tv ,table and chairs, microwave and fridge. It's cheap but pretty clean neighbors usually behave and the hotel employees don't bother you too much. Personally I like it.

The owners that run this place are crazy and ridiculous! There is something mentally wrong with them. They sometimes cut the power off in certain room’s just to mess with you. It took me a few days to figure that out. I knew something was up when my power was off for abou two hours and I looked outside to see if any other businesses or other peoples lights were off only to see that it was just mine. They price gouge. Charged me $85 a night. Threatened to call police on me for absolutely nothing at all. I should have been the one calling the police on THEM, the way the owner beat on my window calling me names for no reason harassing me. The carpet was the dirtiest I’ve ever seen in a motel. I bet it hasn’t NEVER seen a vacuum. They don’t clean the rooms. Nastey linens. Just unbelievable!!

The worst place ever the room window was open for cold 🥶air to come in. TV Dont have no channels. Remote battery stolen out of it. Phone Dont have card to phone to make a call..I have my cellular phone. So the shower 🚿don't really get hot at all.. this low living $55 dollars remodeling is need in this place ... I only staying 1 night want be back at all

If you are looking for a cheap hotel this is it. But if you stay on the side that is facing the truck parking be prepared for the noise. The doors to the room aren't sealed very well so it's really loud. The carpet is filthy so wear socks. Probably best to throw them away instead of washing them because they will be really dirty. Also check out is at 10:30 but just after 10:00 the workers will start beating on the door. It's not a knock. It's a loud beating on the door every 5 mins until you answer. When you answer they will be looking over your shoulder to see if anyone else is in the room. So if you need a shower in the morning before you leave (which you will) do it earlier than 30 min before checkout.

It is an ok place for a truck driver to get some rest. Cable and ac works. Didn't see any bugs. Had an old musty smell. Didn't see hookers or druggies hanging around. Truck wasn't broke into. It's ok for a night or two. Next to restaurants and a store. Price is reasonable.

Rooms were not super clean, although there was no bed bugs. It took all night to get the room cool enough to be comfortable. Too high of a price for such a low grade room.
