The motel has been freshly renovated, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Despite some older reviews with lower ratings, I found the place to be excellent. The staff was friendly, and the stay was hassle-free. Definitely worth considering for a budget-friendly and comfortable stay!

The low star rating doesn't do this location any justice. They run their business correctly and respectfully. The staff is attentive and addressed any inquiries or mmediate concerns. Good rate and close to convenient stores and food.

Stayed in the jacuzzi room and was quite impressed with the cleanliness and ambiance it gave. Definitely made my night! Will be back when I get another weekend off!

I was a bit sceptic at first but it’s either those are older reviews are major renovations were done but this place is very nice !!!!!!!! Staffs were very friendly and prompt with service ……they’ve earned me as a new client as I will be booking again once I’m in the area, I had a flawless stay.

Motel is very dangerous place but very convenient Location for shopping and buses rooms smell bad ! It's an old motel well built but it could use some help

This place is ridiculous, booked a room 6 months in advanced to show up the day of check in to be told they don’t have any vacancy and then refused to refund our money that they had taken 6 months prior. The 2 women who were answering the phone were rude and the one hung up on me and told me to call the cops if i wanted my money back. And the place looked NOTHING like the photos, it’s a run down dump who charged us almost 150$ for nothing.

These reviews make no sense me. I needed to get away from everyday stresses, so I went on line, booked a king jacuzzi room and a few hours later, I checked into my room. The only trouble I encountered was the rate didn't match what I booked online, it was more expensive when I checked in, but it wasn't a problem at all because the guy at the desk made it all work out for the price I had already paid. I was a little nervous on what to expect because the last time I escaped to a jacuzzi room ( which was a 5 star hotel! ) no cleaner on duty there,, had to clean the jacuzzi out myself! it was so horrible I checked out that same night. But when I opened the door here, I was impressed, the room was clean, way more than I expected for a motel in the Buffalo area, the jacuzzi was clean!! And it has an overall good atmosphere in the room. When I turned the jacuzzi on there must have been something left over in the drain so I went to the office and told the guy and he got the custodian over immediately. He came and cleaned it up and George (his name) went above and beyond to clean it and make sure we had everything we needed before he left the room. I had the best sleep here I've had in over a year...it was so peaceful and relaxing that I asked the office guy if I could book another night in the same room. So I did effortlessly and what made it more awesome is that he gave it to me at the same rate I paid the previous day and that made me smile big! So despite these other reviews, I would recommend this motel again and again. And I will be making all my future escapes here.
