Round-Up Motel

The round up motel is like my home away from home they are truly amazing here!!! Kathy and Crystal are so kind a sufficient with their work!! Always willing to help or accommodate your needs! The rooms are clean from top to bottom! Yea it’s old school motel but very friendly and safe place to stay! Front desk staff awesome as well! A lot the comments from people on here are people who were kicked out so of course they make a bad review! Come check them out for yourself!! Round up motel staff you guys are awesome!!!

"Comfortable and affordable stay" I stayed here during my visit to Cheyenne, and it was a great choice for the price. While the motel is a bit old, it’s well-maintained, and everything was clean and functional. The room was comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. The area was quiet, so I had a restful night, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Another plus is the McDonald’s right across the street, which was very convenient. Also, the motel is close to the highway, making it easy to get around. I heard that some other places in the area can be unsafe, but I felt perfectly safe here. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced place to stay without unnecessary frills, this motel is a solid option. I would recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable, budget-friendly stay.

This place saved our vacation! We had a misunderstanding with the place we were going to stay at. So, we had to find another room at the last minute and they took us in,including our pets(which was a plus). From the time we got there, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. Yea a little outdated, but definitely a lot better than others for the price. Plus, the atmosphere around there, makes you feel at home. Will definitely be back to visit here. Thanks Kathy, Marisah and Doug!

What made it even better was the McDonald’s right across the street—perfect for a quick meal—and the proximity to the highway, making it easy to get around. Most importantly, I felt completely safe here, which gave me peace of mind, especially after hearing that some other places in the area might not be as secure. If you’re on the road and want an affordable yet peaceful place to stay, I highly recommend stopping by here. It’s not just a motel—it’s a small, quiet haven for travelers.

Cozy little motel! It’s deceivingly nice because the inside of the rooms is so much cleaner and nicer than you’d expect. I ended up having some issues with my truck and The staff was super coollet me push my checkout until I figured out the diagnosis on my truck they let me do that two days in a row until I got the news my truck was ready to roll. It was clean, the beds were comfortable. The housekeepers will deep clean your room or just change out your towels depending on what you need, and it was on the side of town that avoids a lot of the transients and druggies off of Lincoln way. For the price it’s a absolute no brainer

The staff was great. But, when I got to my room it was below 50 degrees! Outside was in the teens. I called the ofc and the gal came down and messed with the thermostat. (I was later told that the thermostat and base board heaters don't work). She brought me a oil heater. Luckily I had blankets in my vehicle. The next morning I called to see what room they were going to move me to. Kathy did not know what I was talking about. She came to my room and turned on the heat (which resembles a ac). I am disabled and there was no way that I would have been able to adjust it!||When I asked for some of a refund, I was told the owner only allows credit!! I only come to Cheyenne about once a year

They are not tolerant of children. Didn't matter if you pay your bills they up the price weekly over having kids and threaten to kick out before Bill is even due. Very rude staff. Unclean. Left a wet towel on the floor and they got mad when the towel was dirty from their nasty floor. The heater didn't even work was blowing cold air had to get a space heater

Room and sheets were dirty, When we attempted to take a shower and use the faucet or toilet, dark brown water came out so we were unable to shower . One shouldn’t expect much for the price but the water situation was pretty disgusting and disappointing. No response from staff when we complained.
