I was very disappointed that most of the amenities at Juniper Lodge were closed for our May 16-19, 2025 golf trip. The website is misleading as lists all sorts of amenities, that are listed as closed when you read the fine print.. The website shows a spa (closed), a general store (closed) and more restaurant options (only one was restaurant open). The golf shop had good merchandise, but there is not much of a selection. Most of the food at the IRIS restaurant was excellent but they were out of meat balls, Brussels sprouts, pork chops among other things. Don’t get the chicken as a protein with the salad; they give you a chicken wing with very little meat on it. It was so disappointing to have so restaurant options, with limited food options at the one restaurant that was open. The service was excellent and everyone couldn’t be nicer, but clearly the resort is understaffed. ||Transportation is a big problem. Guests should be encouraged to rent a car because it is difficult to get transportation. Uber drivers don’t want to deadhead 30 minutes to the resort, and often cancel. The hotel shuttle was booked so it was very stressful to get to the airport for a flight.||The golf courses are excellent, but I would not recommend staying at Juniper Lodge because of the remote location and the lack of amenities to support your stay.

The stay was great. The rooms were clean and fresh. Warning if you are hungry eat before arriving. The Iris restaurant sucks from service to poor menu to high prices. Never again will I eat there. Warning stay somewhere else.

We stopped by to look at Juniper Preserve for a future family event. We were met by Josef at the front desk. He was AMAZING! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and a great representative for the hotel. He showed us several gorgeous room options, explained the amenities that would be available, and provided us with contacts for future planning. We also met David, who was kind enough to show us the meeting rooms and talk with us about dining at the facility. This hotel and the grounds are beautiful; clean and well kept. Looking forward to our future stay!

We recently stayed at Juniper Preserve and were quite disappointed with our experience. Despite the beautiful location and promising amenities, several issues marred our stay:||Club Level Voucher Issue: We paid for the club level, which the website stated included a daily voucher for breakfast and happy hour. However, upon checking in for our three-night stay, we received only one voucher. This was misleading and frustrating, especially since we paid an extra $200 per night for the club level room.||Voucher Confusion at Restaurant: When we tried to use the voucher at the Iris/Blu Bar restaurant, the manager said he didn't know about this voucher. According to the website, the voucher was supposed to include a glass of beer, wine, or a mocktail, and an appetizer. This lack of communication and coordination was very disappointing.||Lack of Towels at Outdoor/Hot Tub Area: There were no towels replenished at the outdoor/hot tub area, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the front desk was not staffed at all times, making it difficult to address this issue promptly.|No Access to Lounge with Continental Breakfast: The website promotes access to a lounge with a continental breakfast, but this was not available during our stay. This was another misleading aspect that added to our disappointment.||Limited Dining Options in Winter: Nothing is open during the winter except the Iris restaurant, where entrees are priced at around $60. Even an appetizer pizza costs $24. Additionally, the closest food options are a 30-40 minute drive away in Bend. This limited dining option was inconvenient and overpriced.||Understaffed Resort: You pay close to a $50 a day resort fee, but most of the resort was understaffed. There was no valet, no support with luggage (we were directed to the cart closet), and there were no towels by the hot tub.|After complaining about our experience, we got 2/3 of club level refunded back. We requested to be reimbursed in full for the club level because we would have saved money and just booked a room. While we appreciate the 2/3 refund, this does not make it okay for Juniper Preserve to falsely advertise what they offer. We will never stay here again and strongly caution anyone from booking at the Club Level. It is not worth it; they are not staffed enough to be priced as high as they are. Proceed with caution.

My favorite place in Bend. The place is amazing and the people whose works there is amazing. Very peaceful and relaxing area. Improve a little bit in manteinance but the room and the house are in perfect condition clean. Appliances are amazing. Thanks is my third time coming up, and I really enjoyed. See you soon

Stellar experience all around. The Spa is not to be missed! I cannot wait to return! Thank you to the wonderful staff (especially Maddison and my spa therapist Aylah) who made our stay amazing. *The Serenity Scalp and Head treatment is out of this world!!

Always a great place to stay and play. Their end of summer deal is a great value. We played 4 rounds during our 2-night stay. Our only lol moment being the cart fee being so pricey. $35 per rider is almost criminal? All of the staff was amazing and friendly. The crab cakes and the lobster roll were so delicious I could see driving back just for a seat at the bar.

I was here for a week and I would give service a 10/5 star review. Everyone was so nice and willing to help in any way. Above and beyond! Beautiful place and very nice hot tub, pool, and sauna. The only minor critique I have would be that I had no microwave and stove top in my room. It would have be nice to have that.
