WorldMark Bend - Seventh Mountain Resort

The staff here is really personable and helpful! Just had an amazing experience with customer service from Marcos and Wes. These two concierges gave me awesome recommendations of local activities and shops and even shared some interesting Bend history. I felt welcomed and supported. The staff listened to my needs and gave me great advice of what to do. I feel comfortable and cozy in this resort. Thank you Wes and Marcos for helping to make my stay a great experience!

As worldmark timeshare owners, this is one of our favorites! Not far from downtown Bend and plenty to do on the property. We were even surprised to find the addition of chargers for our EV. There is an ice skating rink, mini golf and bar all at the resort. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The EV chargers are only level 2, but the rate is not bad. $2 per hour plus a flat parking fee of .50 we were able to get our car all charged before heading back to Vancouver Wa.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Condo's are getting updated next year per staff. However, minor repairs are being neglected. Kitchen faucet was broken and handle would just spin. Only hot water came out. Dangerous for kids! Electric panel in kitchen was hot. Would immediately pop when you tried the breaker. Shower head broken and sprayed water everywhere. Find it hard to believe that it hadn't been reported before! Cleaning staff had to know!

We come here every year and love this place! This year it snowed and the staff worked so hard and fast to chest the rink for us to be able to ice skate! Accommodated us in the game room and a few free beers while we waited! Thank you Ben, Sarah and Carl for the best service. Special thanks to the worker who cleared the rink!

Cute resort with lots to do on property or nearby. Food options in bend are plentyful if the on prem bar doesn't have what you're looking for. Cozy rooms, a complimentary fire log, and complimentary wifi make this a must stay for any snowboard trip

The concierges service made it seem like I had won a prize but it was in fact just attending a meeting. After ten minutes of going on about a prize they then charged my credit card for a meeting deposit. I let them know I did not think I could attend but still felt pressured and they told me I could call, cancel, and be refunded. Upon returning to my room, I immediately let them know I would not be attending and to refund my money please, something I was assured they would do as I was unsure at the time. I have called three times and asked to speak to the manager to receive my money back but never received a call back. Twice when I called, I asked specifically not to be transferred to talk to the concierge as I did not feel comfortable after what happened and I was told only the concierge could handle it. Two months later and I still have not received a refund or call from the manager. I would caution anyone from going here.

Service in the restaurant as well as when it came to ice skating was very poor. Employees are not properly trained in OLCC standards. Cannot identify a legal identification, staff was extremely rude, and condescending after denying my current, Oregon driver license. It would be understandable if the employee "helping" did not seem like she just wanted to strictly deny service because they were having a busy/or bad day. Unacceptable behavior, VERY unprofessional, Even hit us with extremely rude remarks on the way out the door as if they haven't been disrespectful enough.

The guest service person was very aggressive trying to get me to me with sales. I told him multiple times I was not interested and meeting with anyone to discuss our membership. He would not stop so finally I just walked out. It's so frustrating to be treated like that especially as a long time member. I love the faculties and the location but I dread checking in every time I go to bend so we rarely vacation there anymore
