NillWe've been going to Golden Fawn for about 15 years now. The cabins are pretty nice; each one is different. They have small kitchens with dishes, a living area, adequate bathrooms (most have stand-up showers), and lightly furnished bedrooms. The cabins are heated. Most are not cooled but do have fans. There is a boat launch and docks for plenty of boats. The slope down to the lake is gentle, and the area of the lake is relatively quiet. The fish house is nice - pretty clean, well lit, nice sink, has cutting boards, and an electric outlet. The "beach" (as of 2017) has been neglected for years and is now mostly grass and moss - were it not for this, I'd probably give Golden Fawn a five-star rating. Places such as this are sadly getting to be very rare on the Chippewa Flowage. I hope they remain open for years to come.

NillCabin cute and clean and easily accomodated 3 couples. Plenty of room for our big pontoon, truck, trailer and another car. Good ramp. Nice dock. Quiet, perfect little cove. No cell or data services but we got signal not too far away. Had a fabulous time!

NillWe have been vacationing at Golden Fawn for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. We have truly enjoy the quiet and peacefulness of the setting. We have stayed in many of the cabins over the years and have enjoyed them all. We hope to spend the next 20 years returning to this beautiful resort.

NillHave been visiting this resort for 30+ years. We have always enjoyed the peacefulness of the bay. Not a lot of boat traffic. If you are looking for a place to party you had better find somewhere else.
