We had a deluxe room. It was not clean no hot water apparently you don’t get hot water in a deluxe room. We stayed 4 days 2 of those we was on a trip so was somewhere to leave our luggage. We did ask to upgrade but was told they were booked ( to our knowledge they were empty) The people very friendly and helpful but did not let us know we could use the kitchen.

I had an absolutely wonderful and affordable stay at Elara! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was seamless, and they were incredibly accommodating with any requests we had.

I had a very disappointing experience at Elar Beach Stay in Alleppey. I had booked 3 rooms for 7 people well in advance (3 months before the stay) for one night, but upon arrival, we were given only 2 rooms by the caretaker. When I contacted the owner to resolve this issue, his response was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He claimed to have given us a "family room" for 4 people and another room for 3 people, which was not what we had paid for or expected. The owner did not acknowledge their mistake and instead rudely suggested that he would refund the advance payment if we wanted to leave. This was extremely inconvenient, as we didn't have the time or option to search for another place at such short notice. Additionally, the rooms we were given were on different floors (one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor), which made our stay even more uncomfortable. The lack of communication and the owner's rude behavior left a bad impression. The stay itself was not great, and the inconvenience we faced due to the mismanagement ruined the experience for us. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant stay in Alleppey.

I stayed here for 3 days with friends and I loved the stay. Very affordable, friendly staff and owner. Just opposite the villa there is a beach with a nice view.

Only positive thing is near to beach. Rooms are bad. No proper switch boards and even no water provided.

Location is 10 min from Alleppey bus stand. The most beautiful part of this stay is that this place is just besides the beach . One can simply walk a few steps and enjoy the beach at any point of time. The stay completely reminds me of a typical Indian village house.
