Good staff, great rooms and nice location, though a little tight for large vehicles. It's close to the fort kochi, walkable distance from the beach. The staff here was very helpful. I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I must say that the behavior of the staff was absolutely appalling,the worst part was the way the staff spoke to me. One of the staff members, in particular, was extremely rude and condescending. I was taken aback by his tone and language, and I felt completely disrespected. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with a certain level of respect and courtesy, which was clearly not the case here. The hotel itself was not bad, but the behavior of the staff completely ruined my experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I would definitely not stay here again. *Pros:* None *Cons:* Rude and unhelpful staff, poor customer service *Tips for the hotel:* Provide training to your staff on basic customer servic e skills, such as respect, courtesy, and communication. It's not too much to ask for a smile and a kind word, especially when dealing with paying customers.

Best accomodation in Kochi Fort. This hotel itself a walk through heritage. Rooms are cozy & very comfortable. Service is also good. We stayed two nights with elders & small baby and it was absolute blissful. Kochi fort beach is also about 200 meter walking & the manager helped us to arrange an auto for local tour which was also good. Keep up the good service.

We stayed for almost 4 days here at Reno anchor inn at fort Kochi, the location of the place is great and the rooms are clean and well! Maintained! The staff is super friendly and nice! It’s a great place for family to stay! I recommend that you book this place next time when you visit fort Kochi!
