Hotel pg on ganges

It is a very useless hotel, I had given 5000 rupees in advance. When I went to the hotel, I saw that the location is very far away in dirty streets and the rooms are also dirty, the washrooms are like public washrooms, absolutely dirty. They did not clean it even after I told them. And I did not stay even for an hour. They did not refund the money even after I told them. They should have made some compromise. Instead, they started arguing with me. They started scaring me, I was with my entire family and could not say anything. I request all of you not to stay there even if you are with your family. Very bad experience. Please. Believe me, this is my truth.

The place was very dirty. The staff proposed us very expensive prices for the additional services, like sight seeing and a boat trip (at least twice higher than the market price). The water heater wasnt working in my room since the first day of my staying there. They promised to repair it but they didnt.... They just proposed to change the room the day before my departure.|Btw it was cold and they charged us extra 300 R per night for the heaters. |The kitchen was dirty and the food was not tasty at all. The prices indicated in the menu are different from the real ones!!! |The location is not good. For the same price you can find better options.|And the most awful thing - THE BED LINENS AND TOWELS WERE NOT CLEAN. I CAUGHT LICE THERE!!!| |I hope the owner of the place will see this review!

I have made the payment for non ac room that I found out very uncomfortable feel due to scorching heat I do understand but when I told them to update my room to AC and adjust charges accordingly I will make the payment they denied though they had free AC are u people working with hospitality or doing fraud

The rooms are absolutely terrible. The actual location is completely different from the pictures shown before booking and even reaching the hotel is a struggle...

This is the worst hotel I have ever been in staff is very rude and fights on small things I would never suggest anyone to go there the washrooms are very dirty the location is so bad that there are only small spaces in which you have to travel very long and there is mud and water everywhere with mosquitoes and the view is not good this is a very bad hotel I would give it a 0 out of 100
