This place is nicely situated, is up high on the Barog Hill area with great views. The driveway to get there is a mission though, is via a very steep and winding incline, be prepared! Although the apartment is well located, it is not well maintained nor was the owner accepting of this or willing to entertain any issues when contacted. Of the three bathrooms, only one was fully functional, the toilet wouldn't flush in the second one and the shower drain in the third bathroom was blocked. This resulted in the floor flooding. In addition, the place was not clean, the stairwell steps in particular with rubbish and a lot of dust. Dishes (cleaned/ washed) remained in on the bench in the kitchen. All the kitchen cupboards were filthy inside with numerous food item left from previous occupants. There were a number of power cuts during our two night stay, it is appreciated that this is an outside issue, but be aware this property does not have a back-up generator. The water filter in the kitchen constantly drips , as does one of the bathroom water heaters. None of these issues, apart from the non-functional toilet were a major problem, the attitude from the owner regarding these was though. Worth staying at, but be prepared/ manage expectations.

I booked this stunning Sparklyn Amari Homes villa and visited with my family. We had an unforgettable experience! The villa is beautifully designed, clean, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. The calm hills and views were perfect for relaxation. The location is excellent, offering both privacy and convenience, just a short drive to Kasauli hills. The hosts are attentive and provided great recommendations. Overall, this villa is the perfect setting for a memorable family getaway. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Sparklyn Amari Homes and had a fantastic experience! The place was super clean and well-maintained. The location is great too, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. I especially loved the cozy atmosphere and the comfortable bed – it felt just like home. One of the best places I have ever stayed! We loved the calmness and peace of the location. Our 2 years son had lot of homely feel and had lot of fun here. Food is delicious, Highly recommended!!

We had a wonderful weekend family getaway at this place It is at a great location close to nature and quiet away from hustle . The hosts were very polite and attentive, they were very welcoming and were able to help / guide us too. Everything was available at the property. Food was homely. Overall we loved pur stay here.

We had a great home stay at Sparkyn Amari homes from 3-5th June. It was a great experience and peaceful stay here. The food Neha prepared was amazing and mouthwatering. Must visit this place.
