A simple and absolutely beautiful mud house, if you want you could have a luxurious room with your own washroom, I chose the basic room and I just love it. Best value for money!

I just called the owner for enquiry about rooms and he disconnected my call in between the moment I said that price of dorm is 300 on website and he was saying 500. I thought call dropped automatically so I called again and asked the same question. Then he started talking rudely and disconnected the call again. Very surprising that how can someone behave like this with potential customers.

I ve stayed here for a month and more It's the best homestay you can find in Kaza, it's a wonderful family who are very particular about cleanliness. They made my stay extra special. The rooms all have a beautiful view of mountains on either side and has hot water.

Kunzom Homestay is located near the Kaza Petrol Pump, I am rating it a 5 star because, 1. Prices are cheap (200 per person) 2. Good Homely Food cooked by a sweet Spitian Lady (100 per plate) 3.Good and clean Upholstery 4.OKish washroom with Hot water facility on request 5. Extremely nice hosting and great behavior of the owners. Helpful and friendly nature. 6. Vehicle Parking near the homestay. All this is quite good for a night or two stay at Kaza when other places are charging 1000+ for a night.

Awesome place to stay. Great hospitality and you will feel like at home. You will get rooms in budget. No food facility here. You have to go to the market for the food which is very nearby.

It's located in kaza Village in spiti valley, best time for visit in june, average place, but not bad according to the area
