Takchung Homestay

I stayed at this homestay with group of friends. The rooms are neat, bathrooms are clean and hot water is there. The view from room is awesome and gives full feeling of spiti valley. The owners - uncle and aunty - are extremely sweet and very helpful. They were very kind and served such good food. Would definitely recommend this stay and will come back again if I get a chance to visit.

They welcomed me with open arms and treated me like family throughout my stay. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and had everything I needed. Their genuine care and hospitality truly made me feel at home. The accommodations were outstanding. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep every night. The attention to detail in the room was remarkable, from the well-stocked amenities to the thoughtful touches that made me feel like the hosts had anticipated my every need. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious homemade breakfast provided by the hosts. Each morning, I was treated to a variety of local dishes and fresh ingredients. The food was not only mouthwatering but also gave me a glimpse into the local cuisine, which was a fantastic cultural experience.

This one was a home away from home! Amenities were decent as it could be in such a tough environment. They had electric underbed blanket too in each room to keep us warm. The sun in the common area felt amazing to spend time and work. But the thing that was so recommendable was the warmth and pure heart of Keshan Aunty. She acted like a mother when it came to hospitality. She asked our preferences each time she made food, she served us the same with soo much love and if we ate less she still gave us the food saying how you kids eat so little, eat more. She was on her toes full-time to serve if we needed anything. And this was so sweet to watch, it made my heart so full. Ps - Amazing food again!

Very homely feeling. Host are a delight. Their Hospitality & innocence are too pure. Very helpful & true to a spitian nature. Rooms r very spacious & clean. Washroom was very clean with all the amenities. The joyful nature of Takchung & his better half is supreme. Will highly recommend Takchung Homestay to all & would definately visit them again. Thanks

Had Awesome Stay, it really felt home away from Home stay. Couple who take care of the stay are very friendly and sweet. They make sure we have comfortable stay. Rooms are big and well maintained. Food is also provided, had great stay in kaza Stunning view of mountains and spiti valley from the stay Enjoyed Peace and silence Also enjoyed singing or chirping of sparrows

Visited on 8 March 2023 I had a wonderful stay at the Takchung Homestay in Kaza. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and the room was cozy and clean. The homestay is located in a quiet and scenic area, with stunning views of the mountains. The food was delicious and authentic. I really enjoyed the local culture and hospitality, and I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable experience in Kaza.
