Yul-Gal Home stay

There are so many plus points for this homestay that one can't afford to miss it. 1. The stay is just opposite the bus stand, which is the most imp plus point because, the Kaza bus leaves early in the morning at 5 am and one can just walk to the bus stand. Also upon arrival esp by the local bus, there is no need to take another cab to the home stay. 2. Home with an attached bathroom, with a geyzer is a plus point esp if one is traveling during the winters. 3. Can't miss the home cooked local delicacies by the host.. We loved her food and hospitality very much. 4. The Kaza market is at a walking distance and it has small shops for shopping as well as cafe's.. We had a very peaceful stay at Yul-Gal Home Stay.

We stayed at Tenzin's homestay, Yul-Gal for three nights. Based on my discussions with other people who stayed in nearby homestays, as well as our own experience, I can say that this is the best homestay for this price range. The rooms are reasonably new with all modern amenities. The owners are very generous and hospitable and gave us chai in both mornings and evenings. As Kaza has severe power cuts and low voltage issues, hot water is generally an issue, but not here as the owners gave us hot water from a wood burning boiler. They also ran a generator when really required. It is close to the bus stand and market. I don't mind staying there again if I visit Kaza again. Thanks Tenzin and his family for making our stay comfortable and trouble-free.

It is centrally located with the market being 50 Metres away only, very comfortable stay with all amenities available, the rooms are also opulent. The owner aunty is very sweet and cooks homely food and feeds with utmost care and love.

Wonderful stay experience. They all were very co-operative. Had one of the best food of my spiti trip. We all enjoyed a lot while staying there. 200% recommended to stay there.

Wonderful stay with clean rooms and attached bathrooms( a luxury in winter) Both me and my wife were sceptical of the cold but thanks to the warm blankets, Razai and absolutely clean linen, we had a great time. So thankful to our hosts for a wonderful dinner last night and special thanks to Lakadore for being so helpful. Life is full of learnings and One thing to learn is humility from the locals ..cheers for good health

Very nice property .. well maintained and hygiene food. Cozy and warm rooms. Nice mountain view. Sunlight in all rooms. Good connectivity connected to main road.
