For the price, the ambiance offered, the cleanliness of the rooms/bathrooms as well as the hospitality offered is top notch. The place is perfect to decompress and relax for a couple days. Small niggles - - Water pressure in the bathroom taps were low. - The play area and equipment could have been improved.

All the stars given would definitely go to the location of the stay. The stay is in a beautiful location but coming to the rooms, it needs to improve. They are not maintained well. The beds were not comfortable , didnt seem to be clean and the dining area could be maintained in a much better way. I see that there are such beautiful elements in the property but due to lack of maintenance it definitely looses its value.

Bovera is such a lovely spot! The food was really good - fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I also loved how spacious the place was; it never felt crowded or cramped. And the best part? It was surprisingly affordable for the quality you get. Definitely worth visiting!

Service and location was very nice But need to improve the quality room ambience. Beds and furniture are tooo old I guess !!! Not comfortable to sleep with that beds all are smelling. I'm facing dust allergy from that. Food and and service was very good and the staff are very helpfull and very friendly!! Happy with the location and food . Not with the quality of beds , hope will change the beds into new one Thank you

It is a sceren and calm place even though it is by the side of the road. The staff is helpful. You do not get lunch there but can order from a restaurant or go into town which is about 7kms away. The best room option here I think is the Villa with Balcony which is private and has a good view.

One of the best stays near coorg. What an amazing property. First of all they offer such a good stay at a very affordable price. For us breakfast was included in the cost. So that was an added benefit. But beautiful property. Such lovely rooms. There is a lake near the property which is visible from most cottages I guess. They also have a place for a bonfire in front of the lake. There is one stone table and chairs set in front of the lake if you want to eat outdoors. What a lovely arrangement. Then they have a big swing in front of the lake. The dining area is again overlooking the lake. Which is decorated beautifully and makes the eating experience even better. Now to service. All the staff were so polite and the manager suresh was very helpful. The next thing is food. What an amazing breakfast. They do our requests into consideration too but I would recommend people to eat what they make. We ate for two days and they had one staple poori-sabji which was out of The world and another option too. One day they made rice rotis, they were so soft and delicious. And second day poha. And trust me when I say this as a maharashtrian I have not eaten this tasty poha except at Maharashtrian houses. So they are good. Coffee was good. Overall they made our stay very pleasant. Please opt for this resort if you are looking for something quiet, serene and beautiful.

We were in a group of 14. Bovera Orchards is beautiful place, spanning across a large area with lush greenery overlooking a water body. The turn offs, however, were the quality of the rooms and service. The bathrooms were not cleaned, buckets slimey, chairs in the balcony dusty and cushions unwashed, leaking roofs and rats running through the grooves. The WiFi signal was also very weak. Moreover, there was no room service or daily cleaning done either. The food quality and service was also poor. Only one of the staff members named Suresh was proactive. They also don't provide good coorgi food. Also, while checking out, the staff didn't help with carrying the luggage, despite us requesting them to do the same. For a resort that charges luxury rates, it sure does provide services which are below average at best. Disappointing.

Good points Property is good,peaceful and scenic Wifi available Pet friendly Family of 4 to 6 can accommodate in one cottage with 2 bedrooms and a hall Dining area is good and have 2 to 4 private area to enjoy family meal Disappointing 1) very far from all the tourist spots 2) We booked the property one day ago and were provided with the cottage at entry level Its far from there common dining and breakfast area which is on a slope and hence not recommended for aged 3) No showers in our cottage 4) Water was dirty on day 1 and day 3 Its only on request the tank was cleaned 5) Poor water supply as they have only one pipeline running so if one tap is open there was compromised water supply to other tap 6) compromised hot water 7) one day there was no water for 2 hrs in the morning and hence we had to shift from one cottage to other cottage for bath 8)No intercom to reach the reception area and wifi calling doesnt gets connected always 9) No options in breakfast or no buffet available for same, Menu lacks taste 10)complimentary bonfire should be a part of stay and not chargeable 11)Property misses the charm of liveliness 12) cleanliness is not adequate It was only on multiple request it was executed 14) No electric kettle or tea sachets are provided And no arrangements were provided to tea in rooms by 7am even though it was requested on Day 1 We had to go downhill towards the dining area to get it. We have given the feedback in writing to the owner, Hope he takes appropriate steps As we missed on our plans of outing on 3rd day due to the water issues,the owner apologised and arranged the complimentary dinner, However our stay could have been more enjoyable as comfort cleanliness and above factors matter a lot.
