Opod's Chikmagalur

We spent four days at Opods. The location exudes tranquility, with cozy and tidy rooms. The food provided was delicious, with a good variety and cleanliness maintained. The property is well-kept. Sagar, our host, was fantastic, always ready to assist and just a phone call away in case of emergencies. He even took us on a memorable trek in his jeep. I highly recommend this place and look forward to visiting again.

The Host Sagar is very polite and humble and he helped us a lot where he suggested the palces near to the stay and also he himslef took us for the treking which gave us so many memories and also the stay is very beautiful with a pool even they have a good house cleaning services

Nice location surrounded by tall trees. Property has a small pool which is quite relaxing. Sagar is a great host, House basically comprises of 3 compact pods with a kitchen where breakfast and dinner is prepared. Pods are compact, provide a comfortable and different experience as compared to other homestays. Sagar arranged for bonfire and barbecue at nominal cost which enhanced our experience. Dinner provided was also very tasty and homely. Overall we really enjoyed our stay as it was uniquely refreshing. Will be even more beautiful during rains.

Beautiful well built pods. Very spacious and you won't feel like your in a pod. Nice big and clean bathrooms. Beautiful balcony on the top floor opod. Clean pool. Amazing food.. breakfast dinner and coffee is absolutely amazing. Totally worth the price. Located amidst coffee plantations a little inside the main road. So no traffic or disturbance.. Sagar is a very helpful and amazing host.. Do try out this place..

The stay was as amazing as it can get, we stayed there for 2 nights and the rooms were very cozy. The food was also very delicious. Nonetheless Sagar our host was very easy to talk to and was very kind and humble which made our stay even more memorable. Do visit this place when you get the time to cause you don’t wanna miss out on this

It's a great stay!!! Sagar is an amazing host knows how to treat his guests well. The location is great, Sagar even took us to a trek which we enjoyed thoroughly. The food was good as well and tasty. There was born fire and BBQ arranged as well on short notice. They even have high speed wifi if you are planning to work from here. Lastly for the trek enthus there are many unexplored peaks you can trek to with Sagara help. Highly recommended!!!

Such a great experience. My first trip with my college friends, and it couldn’t have been better. The host was really kind, and we have some really good conversations. If you’re visiting chikmaglur anytime soon, definitely consider staying here.

Opods is a very relaxing place if your planning to do a getaway. The staff and Sagar are very approachable and helpful. The food was really good and the property is also kid friendly. Love the bbq with french fries . Sagar also took us to a nearby trek. It was amazing. Last but not the least wifi is good. Will definitely come back again.
