Gubbachi Goodu Homestay

The rooms provided including the bathroom was very clean, which is a major plus point. We were served timely homely meals in sufficient quantity and quality which is highly appreciated My only concern is when the stay states as ‘Homestay’ we expected to stay in Home and not ‘outhouse’. Having access to only the outhouse rooms and not the entire premises was definitely a disappointment No provision to kitchen to use hot water or reheat food!

We recently visited Chikmagalur and had the good fortune of staying at Gubbachi Goodu Homestay. It’s easily the best place I’ve stayed at in terms of unassuming hospitality and excellent home cooked food. Located close to most of the must visit places, it is nestled amidst lush green coffee plantations. ||It’s pet friendly and all age groups were well satisfied as even the smallest of our needs were well looked after. ||The hosts, as well as the house help were very kind and helpful. They gave excellent suggestions regarding places to visit and things to do. ||I specially would recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet, neat and clean place which provides excellent home prepared meals.

We had a pleasure of spending a wonderful weekend @Gubbachi Guddu Home stay at Chikmagalur Karnataka and it was truly unforgettable experience. One Of the Best Home stay to visit along with your friends and family. Food quality is awesome. Night they arrange campfire.I'm so excited to share my amazing homestay experience with you all! 🤩 The food was absolutely delicious, and the cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Soooo peaceful and the food was extremely extremely Delicious. The akki roti and the puliogare were my favorites. The hosts are so kind and nice. Good people and extremely nice place. ||Also... not to forget the fact that dogs are allowed...!!!
