Sukun Heritage

Me along with my family was there for a day and it was a refreshing sense of hospitality we felt during all times. The host Mr.Vikas made sure we were comfortable at all times remotely. While his mother who was our local host took great efforts to ensure that our stay was perfect. The breakfast was great. A true home made breakfast and the host made sure that we ate full. It was a great experience overall.

Stumbled upon SuKun Heritage by chance while looking for a pet friendly stay between Panjim and Kochi. This is a family run place, more welcoming of dogs than any other we have been to. The property is a beautiful heritage home and the rooms are clean ans well equipt. The staff is friendly, cooperative and welcoming and they serve the most delicious, authentic breakfast. The owner was very prompt and helped us with restaurant recommendations, even informing the manager of one, that we'd be going. Not only that, he also gave detailed information with google map locations of places to see around the property. The cherry on the top was meeting his mom who sat down with us at breakfast and had a really nice conversation with us. We will surely be back!

Mr. Vikas was very helpful right from the outset and guided us to all the interesting places to visit in and around Kannur. The house itself is almost 100 years old, and brought back memories of my childhood when we spent our summer vacations with my grandmother in Ottapalam. It is well-located and is very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was delicious, being of purely local cuisine. And Mr. Vikas' mother, Ammu Aunty, kept us regaled with stories of her childhood spent in the house. A great getaway.

We were thrilled to be at Sukūn and Vikas has been supporting on everything coming to details of kannur and outside kannur destinations...A wonderful experience on the whole.. Our key requirement was for a Taxi and that was supported with the best price than the market price.. Food was just awesome. We wondered how much time the caretaker need to spend time on cleaning the premises but it's maintained very well.. House has got a history too..

It’s located 5 mins Drive away from Payyambalam Beach. Property looked very nice and enjoyed our stay here. Nice restaurants and places to visit within a few mins drive from this location. Great hospitality and guidance by property owner Mr. Vikas and care taker Mr. Shyam

Stayed with my family and pet, Enjoyed it. Good place, well maintained and Loved the food. Overall a very peaceful stay. Wish we could spent more time. But will be back again for sure. Thanks to the owner Mr Vikas and care taker Mr Eben for making our stay memorable.

5 stars wouldn’t be enough to quantify my experience here. Heritage home nestled between trees, birds chirping, fresh breeze, super tasty food and great hospitality is what you get to experience here. Vikas (host) arranged a surprise cake cutting by the time I arrived, when he saw my birthday alert on a social platform. He got us dinner prepared for the night, and Rajesh (caretaker) did an outstanding job in making such a sumptuous dishes. Vikas’s mother is a sweetheart to be with; she visited everyday and extended her warmth and joy.. don’t forget to ask her to sing melodies, oh boy she is such a good singer. Overall, it was a great experience at Sukun. Loved every minute. Thanks to Vikas for hosting us!
