The owner was incredibly friendly, supportive, and caring from the very day I made the booking. Even before I arrived, he personally called to check on my travel plans and suggested several nearby places to visit, which was very helpful. Once I reached the property, the hospitality exceeded my expectations. The owner and staff made me feel at home with their warm and attentive service throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the delicious home-cooked breakfast. We were served traditional dishes like Puttu with Channa Curry, Uppama, and Vada. Everything tasted fresh, authentic, and just like food prepared at home, making the experience even more special. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with excellent hospitality, great local guidance, and amazing homemade food. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

The 90yr old heritage is well maintained. Its clean,spacious with AC. Mr.Vikas the owner is very friendly and warm person. His mom is the charm of this homestay.Lovely lady with a great love for singing too. The food was delicious,typical kerala (naadan) style.overall a memorable experience. Would love to visit again. Recommend to anyone you love heritage stay.

Stepping into Sukun Heritage Homestay truly felt like stepping back in time. From the moment we booked, the owner Vikas was incredibly helpful, sharing nearby places to explore and even helping organise transport for us. The hospitality was outstanding. The traditional Kerala breakfast was exceptional — freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. Our room was spacious, clean, and airy, which was perfect for us as a family. It had thoughtful touches like a kettle (always a must for us ☺️), fresh towels, and a lovely open balcony where we could enjoy the peaceful surroundings. A special mention to Shyam, the caretaker, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble. There’s also parking available on the property, and our kids even enjoyed playing cricket there when the space was free! If you love heritage homes, warm hospitality, and peaceful stays, we would absolutely recommend Sukun Heritage Homestay. Visited Sukun and had a memorable time with family...breakfast was exceptional made and served with love.A special thanks to Mr.Vikas who suggested good places and restaurants as we were new to kannur. He even arranged for a Theyyam which was a unforgettable experience for us. Overall a very beautiful and memorable trip for our family😊

A clean, spacious, air-conditioned rooms with charming Kerala-style architecture and a homely atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. I would always appreciate the peaceful setting and warm hospitality from the hosts Mr Vikas. Also would definitely mentioned about the breakfast which provided, which was so good as well. Ideal for travelers seeking an authentic, relaxed heritage stay in Kannur.
