Good homestay, nice room.. But mobile charging point is not working properly in room 4. If you want to charge ur mobile u should go to bathroom, there only one point is working. Otherwise good.

Great value Homestay in Fort Kochi. Excellent location. We regret not opting for a room with ac. The rooms could do with a little modernization. Only two plug and both so very loose that the plugs kept falling out. Only one chair on the balcony was a little inconvenient for two people.

I booked directly, the price was very good, i Could also leave my luggage there. Good location for Kochi Only points to say. The room would need some paint and love, looked really old and the host was not too friendly when i arrived (maybe because it was early)

My husband and I stayed at the homestay for 4 nights. We stayed in a room with a comfortable and spacious double bed (two single beds put together), a private bathroom and a private small balcony. The place is immaculate!!! This homestay was a lovely surprise, it was quite different to the pictures we saw online, a lot better!! Everything including the bed sheets, pillow cases, large and well absorbing towels (difficult to find in other parts of India we have been to) and the communal space were super clean and in a very good condition. The room had more than the basic necessities such as a TV, AC, super amazing Wifi connection, cupboard with hangers, dressing table with a mirror, chairs and hanging hkooks on the wall. The windows were also well designed with good secured nettings, very important in hot places with mosquitoes. You can also order breakfast at the homestay (Kerala or Continental) which they serve on the time of your preference. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the home stay!! The family is very friendly and helpful, they organised a car transport for us to get to another city. They seem to really understand the essence of how a homestay should be. We highly recommend this place :)

5 stars aren't enough! Ivan Joseph and family run a fabulous and unique homestay. From start to finish our experience was memorable, pleasant, enjoyable and rewarding as the hosts gave us invaluable information, tips, suggestions about the local area of Fort Kochi. From getting us tickets to see a Kathakali performance to securing us overnight train travel tickets. The breakfast was amazing, bountiful and plentiful. The Wi-Fi connection was unfailing (quite unique these days). The accommodation showed an exemplary level of cleanliness. The rooms were spotless, the beds comfortably, the mosquito nets a bonus. Totally recommended. Nanni.

I traveled with a group of 4 friends (all college-aged women) and we had a fantastic experience at i-One's Homestay. The facilities were immaculately clean, and Ivan and his family were so warm and accommodating. They even let us store our extra luggage in their home while we traveled to Alleppey and Munnar for a few days before we returned to Fort Kochi. Additionally, the homemade breakfast was delicious. Overall, would absolutely recommend!

I had a wonderful stay. Ivan and his family were helpful and kind. The shower has great pressure which was a huge plus for me. I should have opted for the a/c room but there was a good fan in the non-a/c. You get your moneys worth!

Lovely home stay! We had a lovely balcony and a clean room. The breakfast was very good and affordable and the location is quiet but central. Staff was very helpful too
