The place was so beautiful i would recommend everyone coming to fort kochi to experience a stay here at least once. Moreover the hosts were so welcoming and caring and helped us whenever we needed

Clean and green place. Host was so caring that even Milk, tea, coffee and bread were available when we reached. Even few 5 star hotels don't go in so much details. But the road to reach there is too narrow, however we reached by car without any issue. And don't expect view of beach

It's a beautiful Home stay place in the heart of the City of Fort Kochi in a reasonable rates,with kind attention and services . Our 3 bedroom house is fully loaded with living room, kitchen with utensils and varieties of breakfast items.

It’s a little far from the beach but the host and his hospitality makes up for everything. Must visit. The food that they served was great . They provide you with everything basic that you need . The best time to visit would be Dec - Jan . May was a little hot and humid . But they hadAC so it was comfortable inside the house.

Mr Jude was an exceptional host, very helpful and kind person. One of the best home stays around fort kochi. Rooms are spacious and air conditioned, all with huge attached washrooms which themselves are adequately equipped. There is a common area with TV and cable connection, tea making accessories, loads of informative books and some games to play for the guests. Special mention of his pet rabbit, makes this place interesting for kids in the family. Home cooked food available but need to inform the hosts one meal in advance. All in all a good home stay... Highly recommended.

We could not be more grateful for the hosts generous and genuine welcome, and extra care. If you are looking for an excellent value for money, local experience in a simple yet very clean and very caring place then don't look any further you found your place. The homestay is also amazingly located. The food is delicious and prepared with love & happiness! The owner, Thomas dad is such a gem, always smiling and ready to help, caring. They really made a difference to our stay in Cochin and for that we thank them to the bottom of our hearts. Thank thank you. ||‎

If I could I would have given 10 out of 5 for service. The place is closed to most of the places around for Kochi. Don't get scared by the small lanes reaching the location as its used only by residence hence no traffic. We managed to get our innova inside easily. We too were surprised initially but realised its normal. Entire Fort kochi has a big issue of mosquitoes hence my suggestion would be to go prepared. 3 rooms. 3 washrooms. Good for 6 of us travelling as a family along with a seating place. Value for money and the service makes up for anything that you might not like which would be the case everywhere.

It was amazing . Loved it to bits. One morning there was a peacock sitting on the adjacent wall. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Mr Joy was a great host. The rooms were quiet good and the bedding was very comfortable. The kitchen had all the essential stuff. No complaints at all.
