Excellent and Clean , Spacious property. Diveagar beach is a 10min walk. The Owner is very friendly and gives good assistance. Definitely a great place to stay.

Excellent property, clean and spacious, comfortable rooms. Diveagar beach is a 10 mins walk from this location. The host is warm and friendly and provided good assistance for local sightseeing. I would recommend this place to those visiting Diveagar for a weekend trip and want to experience the local culture.

1) Place & Owner - I have visited this place,the place is quite good and the owner is friendly. 2) Service- The service provided by him is really very good. They have provided a good private parking space for vehicles in front of the house. They provide food and drinks. They also arrange barbecue for the tourists. 3) Nearby Famous Spots- The Diveagar beach is just behind the villa about 10-mins (500m) walking. The ST (State Travels) stand is located just 5mins before the villa. 4) Rooms- There are two separate bedrooms. There is a big combined room with two bedrooms and a spacious living room which can also be used as a Party hall to have fun with our friends and family. There are combined bathrooms and toilets provided in all rooms. The bathrooms and toilets are clean and hygienic. These rooms contain balconies to relax. The view from the balcony is awesome.

Kadam Villa is exceptional... Uncle n aunty are best... They are so sweet and villa is hygienic.. They provide all the facilities... Will go again next te whenever we visit Diveagar.
