Cockroaches all around. Limited cutlery in kitchen. Badly kept rooms and bathrooms. Oh! And if you don't have a car, beware that you can only take a local taxi back. Caretaker Rajendra was the only saving grace!

We told that villa is Private at the time of booking. But whn we reached at site there is two villa in one compound they had divided one building into two. Means two different group can or will stay at one time. What she said at time booking at site it was too diffrence.

I recently booked this villa last weekend and I had an extremely poor experience there. The terrace of the villa was not in a condition to use or even walk, the floor of the terrace was filled with mosses and the gate of the terrace was broken and they had put that gate in the balcony. There was no drainage on the balcony and the balcony was filled full of rain and water was coming in there room overflowing from the balcony. The toilet jet spray was broken. Essential utensils like spoons and microwave plates were not there. Even essential consumables were not there and when we put all these before the booking manager, he said pay your remaining amount and after that I will look in. He was not at all professional, he was talking like a sadak chhap gunda literally. They all need your money and after that they will not care about all. I booked lunch dinner and breakfast also and it was the worst. I paid huge money for booking this as I booked in the last days of my trip. Seriously recommending everyone to not to go there if you want a enjoyable and cheerful stay.

Amazing villa for a weekend trip with friends and family, beautiful location with mountain side view, and one can find the location very easily, there is also swimming available and it was very well maintained and had a great experience.

Not a very pleasant experience to look forward for. First thing was basic amenities were not available in kitchen, only microwave was there, which was also not usable, you cannot cook anythings there as gas stove was not there and no utensils to cook. Then, terrace was not usable as it was filled with dirty kada and kai, and if you use it, then you will slip. One of the washrooms jet spray was broken, and owner was adamant tha first pay full money and then they will be repairing it. Drainage of balcony was not proper and door of the room with balcony was not closing, making it unsafe in the night for group specially with girls to sleep in peace as the villa was attached with another villa. All in all bad experience for stay at weekend. You can rather stay at home and enjoy. As they are charging exhorbitant prices and giving lull services

We recently booked this Villa , Just after reaching there booking agent demanded remaining payment from us urgently . The overall situation of the apartment was not good , balcony was full of water , terrace was not accessible as it was dirty due to rain, terrace gate was broken so anyone can enter in the villa as it is attached to other villa (security concern), further no gas stove in kitchen , glasses plates were not there , microwave was broken and old, washroom jet spray was broken. The booking agent refused to get all these things corrected without money, he was talking very rudely. Overall this place is not recommended for such high amount , it is worth 8-10k only.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Aao Kabhi (Mi Casa - Su Casa) villa, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. I feel compelled to share my horrendous experience to spare others from making the same mistake. Let's start with the caretaker, whose behavior was nothing short of appalling. Their attitude was rude, unprofessional, and filled with attitude, making any request or interaction an unpleasant ordeal. The state of the rooms was beyond disappointing; it was outright unhygienic. To make matters worse, I discovered a lizard in the kitchen, which left me feeling disgusted and uncomfortable throughout my stay. The traller sofa was inexcusable. It emitted an unbearable stench that made it impossible to use, and it was a testament to the property's overall lack of upkeep. Basic amenities were shockingly absent. There was no soap in the bathroom, and the complete lack of toiletries left us in a difficult and inconvenient situation. I cannot stress this enough: Aao Kabhi (Mi Casa - Su Casa) is a place to avoid at all costs. To add to the already unpleasant experience, the caretaker was continuously disturbing us by demanding full payment multiple times throughout our stay. This was highly unusual and extremely inconvenient. In all my previous villa stays, I have been asked for payment during check-out, but this caretaker came to us 4-5 times, even after we informed them that we would provide payment during check-out as customary. What made matters worse was the caretaker's aggressive and rude demeanor. Instead of understanding our concerns and respecting our request to handle the payment at check-out, the lady caretaker displayed a complete lack of professionalism and respect. To summarize, the Aao Kabhi (Mi Casa - Su Casa) villa not only fails to meet basic standards of cleanliness and amenities but also subjects guests to unnecessary stress and discomfort due to the caretaker's incessant demands and rude behavior. I strongly discourage anyone from considering this property for their stay. The Villa was beautiful and the hospitality was amazing the caretaker was so humble kind and sweet. Helped us throughout the stay and made us feel very comfortable. Highly recommended Villa. I’ll always love to stay in this villa with the amazing people. Thank you for making our vacation so so wonderful thank you.
