EKOSTAY Paramount Villa

Terrible experience with Ekostay, villa manager of this villa. Avoid at all costs! We booked this 6bhk villa in Karjat, one month in advance through Ekostay’s Villa service website, only to have our entire plan ruined just a week before the trip. They abruptly cancelled our booking with a bizarre explanation that the villa owner had stopped hosting due to “issues with the cops” – a story that made no sense, especially since the same property is available for booking on their website for dates just before and after ours. Worse, they offered no help in finding an alternative, or providing options that were super inconvenient, which left us stranded with zero support, and acted as if it wasn’t their problem. To top it all off, they delayed our refund and then had the audacity to deduct “bank charges”/ “convenience fee” from the amount we paid more than a month in advance, coz apparently that’s not something they “can cover”. How convenient! Sounds like a classic scam disguised as a hospitality service!!! Unprofessional, unreliable, and clearly not customer-focused. Would not recommend to anyone.

One of the worst experience with ekostay. The villa has very low maintenance and does not look like pictures provide.The kitchen there is in very bad condition There were blood stain on the bed-sheet The outdoor area is very dirty

The Rooms were neat and Tidy and the caretaker was very cooperative . The chef and the cook were extremely polite and friendly. Overall the stay was pleasant . We would strongly recommend this property for the friends and family . The pool was clean but the water was very cold so we would suggest if the owners can make it a temperature controlled one which will add to the worth of the property. The Narayani Dham nearby is an added bonus to the propertv

we had booked another property by looking at photos and videos and post speaking to the customer exec Mr Amrit....and during enroute to check IN we are informed that due to some issue (light and prior guests not vacating) we are moving to a different property which was PARAMOUNT VILLA....Location, ambience connectivity is all fine however VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE EKOSTAY helpdesk.

The first impression of the villa is good. It is huge, hygienic and decently priced. However, the approach road to the villa (100m) is full of gravel and under construction with a steep slope. The name "paramount" is nowhere to be found in the area. The care taker is helpful but only when he is around. He vanishes every now and then and taking care of other properties at the same time. The facilities were good other than the food which was pathetic. It's better to order-in or dine -out since the restaurants are close-by. Bedrooms are large with a king size bed in each room and can easily sleep 2 adults and a child. Mattresses are available on request. The furniture in the living room needs mends. It only looks good. Very uncomfortable seats and cushions and joined together using screws and plates. Since we were a large grp, we did not bother on these issues and enjoyed ourselves. However, when paying a heavy amount the management should consider these points.

I have selected this villa after seeing pictures. These pictures are old . No maintenance.. no cleaning.. worst roads near this villa. Company just earning money and not taking care of these vlllas. People from management wont listen to you once you pay. I would not recommend this for anyone. Its nice property but no maintenance and surrounding areas are in too bad conditions. caretaker(Ram) is only good guy i have seen. This company is not showing real pictures.. please ask them to send real pictures before paying. Good luck and happy stay See pictures i have posted. Lovely place for a weekend getaway. Pros: 1. Good property, swimming pool and an optional projector facility next to the pool 2. Quite close to the city centre but still quite aloof to not get disturbed by the hustle and bustle 3. Food was good quality and they were quite accommodative 4. Parking space for 3-4 cars within the premises 5. Insta-friendly corners 6. TT table in the living room Cons: 1. Last 100 meters approach road is very steep and poorly built 2. No AC in the living room
