I had a wonderful stay at Santy’s place. He is very humble and helpful, and his house is really well maintained. Not just one, but all the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect—right in the middle of town, so everything you need is nearby without having to travel far. It’s also a very safe place to stay. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Pune. The place is perfect for families or groups, as it is spacious, well-equipped with many household devices, and kept very neat and clean. The location is also excellent, with plenty of shops and cafes nearby, which made everything very convenient. I genuinely felt a “home away from home” here. The owner was also extremely supportive and made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended!

This by far has to be one of my favourite place to stay. Especially for women, this place was not just clean or centrally located, but the owner is very helpful and kind. He’s well acquainted with the area so he was able to assist us in finding the right PG which we were looking for. The security was top notch. I was travelling with my aunt and my cousin sister and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We felt very comfortable and safe. We had access to a full furnished kitchen so we didn’t even had to eat out. You can cook, make juice and even bake if you’d like. It’s perfect for families with little children. A maid comes in daily to clear any garbage if there’s any. There is also a big spaced living room where you can stream almost everything from Netflix, Prime,YouTube etc. The bathrooms are very clean and well maintained. There is a washing machine incase you need to do laundry too. All I can say is it’s worth every single penny and I’m definitely staying there again the next time I visit the city.

I recently visited Pune with my family and for the first time tried the furnished apartment option. My concern was that I was not getting a hotel in my budget with 2 rooms option and was not comfortable in taking 2 separate rooms (we are 5 member family). So I tried Serene Living due to its high rating. I am not at all disappointed. Bathrooms were super clean and bed was very comfortable as I look for these 2 parameters wherever I stay. Property was fully furnished with everything I needed and more. It is located in a busy street and everything I needed was available within walking distance. The host was great. Property was well secured. And it was well under my budget. If I visit Pune again, I'll surely try to stay here again....and again. Highly recommended for families who are staying for a long duration in Pune. Thanks to Sandy (owner) for being great host.

We had a very lovely stay with Serene living. The location is perfect with everything available in that same area. Due to the safety measures taken and the area, we felt quite safe. The Airbnb felt more like home, equipped with every basic thing you can think of. Would definitely book again whenever I'm pune.

This airbnb was one of the best ones ive ever been to. The owner was super friendly, helpful and chill which made it so much easier to talk to him if there were any problems. The rooms and washrooms were clean and well maintained, will totally recommend this one to all of my other friends as its just an amazing place for such a reasonable rate. Also being a girl, felt really safe here..there were cameras in the kitchen and the hall for our safety. A solid 10/10 had a blast!! Thank you Santy!!

This is a very good and safe place to stay. The rooms are well-maintained and the flat is furnished. Grocery stores and food options are conveniently located right in front of the apartment. It is truly a good deal. The owner is very supportive.

The overall stay was okay, Starting with the good points, the rooms are clean and spacious with good amenities. You will get everything nearby for emergency. It’s safe, and it has a good vibes. The best part you will feel like it’s your home !! Coming to the bad points, I felt the owner is a bit arrogant, and there is no still parking. You have to park the car on the road, which seems inconvenience. Check in and check out timing are less compare to the check-in timing. The maid is not available to clean the utensils and comes to clean the house once in two days. Overall, I will rate this stay as Better, but would have been better.
