The host was incredibly supportive and understanding, offering fantastic suggestions to enhance our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making it an excellent choice for family groups. It truly felt like a welcoming home away from home.

I stayed there the past week for some days and my family's experience was refreshingly positive. If you wish to stay with your family, this is a much better place than hotels. Rooms and bathrooms are large. Water is abundantly available. Each stay has it's own inverter set as well. You would feel mostly like home. The distance to Jagannath Temple is 20 minutes by foot. And one should actually walk and cover that distance to reach the temple to enjoy the local culture. You would see plenty of cows, homes adorned with Tulasi pots, native sweets and snacks shops. There is similar ETA to the nearest Light House beach by e-rickshaw. So location is okay. Mr. Narayan Dash is a good owner, has provided all the basic and modern facilities in his house. There are some reviews about trouble caused by monkeys, but that is common in Puri. Apart from the main door of your stay, you would also have a ventilated iron gate. Just keep that closed and monkeys won't trouble you. If you need some guidance on how to traverse with your remaining time in Puri, which sites to visit and how to reach there, you can consult Mr. Narayan. He would definitely help.

I must say it is a purely homestay as the owner mentioned. Nice Property. 1.... Owner's behaviour is awesome, feels like your own guardian. 2.... Sidha Kutir is the most finest homestay ever. 3.... Amenities are perfectly well maintained. 4.... Location is very close to Sea beach and and also very close to Sri Mandir. 5.... Rooms are neet and clean as like pics.

My family had a wonderful stay at Sudhakutir. Yes, the location is a bit distant from Temple and beach, about 10-15 minute walking for both.But, the hospitality was exceptional, with Narayan uncle going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and welcoming experience. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing a perfect balance of comfort and charm. The local insights and recommendations from Narayan uncle added so much value to my visit. I highly recommend this homestay for anyone looking for a warm and memorable experience!

I went to puri for Darshan along with 3 family members and we all stayed in the same room (2 double beds). There is a separate dinning area with kitchen where you can cook vegetarian food.This is an extremely clean establishment and the owner is very helpful ! He took complete responsibility as local gaurdian. From reaching railway station to visiting local places, he helped us at every point. Just a small request, please listen to his instructions which can be helpful and make a lot of sense.The room was very put together and had enough space for all our bags and accessories. You may find location bit away but eventually it is at the centre from Mandir to sea, konark to chilka. Nearest beach is Light house, you can rent a Scotty to avoid extra auto charges. A must to stay! Highly recommended!!! Had a great experience overall. 🤩🥰

Owner is very nice person. He refunds the advance immediately in case of cancellation. Very nice place to stay alongwith other family members. I would like to stay here alongwith family whenever go to puri in future. On 26/10/2024 I stayed alongwith wife and children. My stay was very pleasant. There is a kitchen and dining for cooking. All provisions are there for cook. Ration you need to purchase..

We were four people and we stayed on the second floor. Accommodation: I must say, the rooms are extremely spacious, neat and clean with amazing ventilation. The washroom was big with 24*7 water supply! There was a common kitchen and every basic facility was available like an RO, 3 burner gas stove and basic utensils. The terrace is very beautiful and there are proper facilities to dry clothes. Location: We wanted to stay near the temple and the residence is just 1.5 km away. We used to walk to the temple. Swargadwar beach is 3 km far and you have to take a toto which will cost you 80-100 Rs (bargaining skills is upto you). Owner: The owner, Mr. Narayana Dash and his wife are very well behaved and good people. They are amazing hosts. You can openly share your concerns with them and they will always come up with a solution. We wanted to stay a bit longer after check out because our train was at 11 AM and we had to check out at 7:30 AM. We kept our belongings in the hall and went to have breakfast. The owner was completely fine with it and allowed us to stay without any extra charges. Not even once did we feel that we met for the first time. Very hard to find such generous people these days!! Our stay was very comfortable and peaceful. I definitely recommend everyone to spend their Puri vacation in Sudha Kutir 😊

This Home stay is good. And you will get everything you need in working condition to stay on vacation. Narayan ji is a fatherly figure to all visitors, he contacts us before we checkin itself and provide the necessary to reach the homestay safely without any problem. And he also shares good local autos details for in and around puri, special mention to Dharani Bhai who is a good and trustworthy man, he even took us to good restaurants and showed us all tourist places for a good price.
