The Boss Beach Resort

The customer service I experienced was the worst I've ever encountered. The manager responsible for customer interactions was exceptionally arrogant, failing to provide accurate information or clear guidance. They seemed to prejudge customers before any discussion. There appears to be an affiliation with Zuri, or they may own it, but attempts to reach responsible parties inevitably lead back to this same rude and arrogant individual. This service is highly unsuitable for anyone, especially families.

Would not recommend this property.. poor maintanence, no toileteries provided. No bottled waters n coffee, tea provision provided for the money we are spending.Much better places are available in same area.

A wonderful house with modern amenities, furnished with higher end quality accessories. You can enjoy your stay here for a day or two, the pool is small and could be bigger. The view is not directly in front of the sea , but it's nice. Games are not available except carrom or chess. But it's worth the price.
