Zion Elite Residency

Last month we stayed in zion cottage the rooms were clean and accommodation was good, they serviced us good food and the taste was nice. The two sisters was too good they cook what we ask. And Martin thambi and santosh thambi was so helpfull, Kind and good hearted. Totally our holiday was awasome. 🥰😇😊

The rooms were clean and hygienic during our stay at Zian Elite Cottage. There room service and food service was very good. The cottage was even better than I expected. The care by the service man and manager was very very good. Next time we need to book a room, we will definitely come here and book a room. We booked maximum rooms in Kodaikanal, hotel and room were never together, your (Zion Elite) cottage and restaurant were together so our difficulty was reduced.

This is a remote isolated place with a very quiet atmosphere. Rooms are compact. Door mat, shower towel, soap are provided only if asked. Always eat before you come here, because food delivery doesn't work here often. There is a water doctor at reception. Overall a nice economic hotel

Excellent service and the staffs in the resort are very kind and polite Foods are very good Maintaining the room very neat and hygienic Cab driver veerar which the suggest is also a very good and friendly person.

The location is good. However, during this summer, they did not have water. The water they provided was very muddy and dirty and could not be used for anything except for flushing. At least a basic filtering should have been done before sending the water to the rooms. There are no lifts to reach your rooms. You have to climb the steps all the time. There use to be none in the front desk to raise any queries.

We've stayed here for 2 days and 1 night. It was pleasant and calm atmosphere.. The food was good and home made.. The staffs were really nice and helpful.. But the place is located slightly far from main town.. Highly recommended for family and couples ✨..

I have booked rooms with 9 members accommodation, the big issues wa with this residancy service is not matches even 1 start they are not responding for anything and don't ask them to buy anything from stores they will add extra money in bill. Manager also not fit for the managing things, he is thinking he is the owner of building and he is not giving responsible answer.And they are not worry about customers requirements and needs. Don't choose this residancy, then u guys will get frustration and u guys will start write frustrated reviews in google and book my trip app. Rooms 👍 Location 👍 Service 👎
