Sugan Residency-

Dirty bedsheets and pillow covers, unclean rooms, broken mirrors in room, water heaters not working, unclean buckets, toilet without seat, drinking water not available, TV not working. spider web in the room. The staff is rude and arrogant if you complain about any of these. They take the full amount at the time on check-in and then give you horrible treatment and threaten to remove from the place if you complain. Lake is around 3 km away. They have managed to put incorrect reviews in various booking sites. They just keep the price low to get bookings. It is better to pay a little more and enjoy your vacation than to pay in this hotel and suffer.

Please don't ever think of staying in this bad place.. Worst rooms. TV doesn't work, water heater doesn't work.. Poor customer service.. Bad attitude of the staffs and they doesn't know the meaning of customer service... .. Not worthy for the money....given photos some other property i think , i did not seen such compound, booking .com rating was 8.5.... because of this i have booked but this is really a bitter experience in my life....really

Friendly stry ....he honestly good man mr.mani , 1st he sent residancy photos , videos and our room photos. He sent all details also . If u ok, like room after only ur Book sir this is our residancy he told . Good costomer service.. net and clean.. worth for mony

The worstest residency in Kodaikanal pls don't advance the amount without seeing the room directly.They will send u a nice video but u go there the rooms are so smelly we can't stay peacefully.Please avoid this residency

Very worst experience 😭no hot water no cleanliness no light no fan no floor mats atlast no mugs for bathing.Rooms full of flies.
