We friends 6 of them are stayed 3days ..the place is very pleasant .resort is surrounded by tea plants...we all enjoyed staff hospitality.. excellent cook ..foods are prepared as per our choice..in side the rooms are maintained very well., Resort incharge Mr Venkatesh is very kind ..taking special care .we all relaxed without stressful city life..we are all planning to visit with family .. No one supported us for unloading the luggages. On quantity of the food they served, they wrote extra and we had to correct it. Also they prepared the bill in tamil and so it was not readable for us. A decent gated property with CCTV coverage through out the property-approx 13 cameras. It have three bath attached bedrooms. Have option for outdoor fire camp. They do have two watch dogs. A bit isolated location. Located almost at the highest portion of a mountain. Have two balconies. Have an in house elderly lady cook. For chicken dishes they charge Rs.600 per kg in any form. For chappathi they charge Rs.30 per piece. Have good network coverage for most telecoms with 4G. Bathrooms are all spacious and modern since its a newly built property. Have TV in all rooms. Have a visiting room. Other amneties include a carrom board, battery backup, washing machine, cooler+heater for drinking water. In the month of May during night temperatures will drop to 10 degree. We ordered egg bulls eye and later found that they are boiling it. Later understood that for Bulls-eye they calI it egg fry. Ordered Chicken dry fry and got something in semi gravy form. So there are variation in dish names. I enquired about whether they could make tea for us by 6:00 in the morning before we go for walk and they said only by sharp 7:00 they could do. As seen in some of the properties now a days, they keep all the used plates throughout the property until we leave on the next day. It was I myself who took all the empty plates to the kitchen from the balcony where we had food. After a drive by 11 in the night I was back to the property by 12:00 and I found all the drinking glasses used still left on the balcony. No mineral water was provided. We had to ask for soap & towels. Bed sheets looked like they weren't washed in a while. They said they cleaned the blankets/quilt right the same day, but that too looked shabby. The caretaker uses one of the rooms out of three rooms. He is a newly appointed one and doesn't have any passion for his job.

A reasonable charge. A perfect weekend spot. A good cook to serve delicious dish. A lovely place which makes us to visit again and again. Over Stressed ?!?! Plan Ur Trip, Do Visit :-)

Pleasant stay n we enjoyed a lot - perfect stay for families - no too much crowd - good food - little costlier than Hotel but worth - Hot water is the only issue - this should be solved - otherwise ok.

The place you can enjoy lot with your family ... Very good service and food was awesome .... Hotel manager and staffs were kind and helpful .... Overall best and fine resort in kothagiri.........

Had wonderful home stay experience. Good food... Onion bakoda with tea, Ghee rice. Chil place surrounded by tea plants
