Such a lovely stay. Valuable for the ambience. The owner took well care of us. Time didn’t allow us to try her breakfast menu. Chapathi and Chilli Chicken. Definitely coming back for it. Please do check this gem out.

Disappointing experience. ONE OF THE WORST BEHAVIORS OF THE LADY INCHARGE MS BINDU Starting from the place, Palm Grove was marketed as a home stay, turned out to be like lodging with independent rooms. No living room or a common place for a family gathering. Rooms weren’t ready even at 2pm with check in time being 12noon. No basic amenities like water, towels, door mats. Breakfast was one item, no coffee/Tea. No transparency in the billing. While we tolerated every shortfall, the worst experience was the care taker Ms Bindu’s behaviour. An unapologetic attitude about the flaws, she was very arrogant, not willing to hear us out and asking us to leave the place for seeking clarity on the billing. In short, money minded with worst service attitude.

Stayed at palm grove with friends. Beautiful clean place, spacious rooms and wonderful hospitality and the best traditional food cooked by the host . Free campfire. A nice place for a group to enjoy on the first floor with four rooms and a dining space overlooking the tea estate

Sharing experience of my last stay Pros: 1. Decent place, just next to the main road, shops nearby. 2. If you wish to enjoy a short staycation, this place may offer you a pleasant experience. However, please read the cons because there's plenty, this place is not what it used to be a year back. Cons: 1. There is no kitchen, no refrigerator, no utensils. 2. WiFi doesn't work, so you can not work remotely, owner says she doesn't recharge. But she will charge hefty amount for your stay, same is the case with dth, tv is there but suspended connection, she doesn't recharge. 3. Place to quite overpriced considering what you pay. Owner says she is doing business, i may say, she is not very good at doing business. 4. We got absolutely burnt barbeque. She didn't charge for it. 5. Cleaning charges are excluded from what you pay, you have to pay the maid extra for cleaning, even after paying a huge amount for booking the Homestay. 6. Not adequate space to enjoy if you are a big group, considering the cottage offers 4 rooms, hardly any space to sit. So at the end i can say, you might wanna look for better options and not get caught arguing with the rude lady managing this property. You will be asked to vacate if you raise your concerns!

Awesome location to stay in Kothagiri with family and friends Good Hospitality by bindu and Family. Rooms were neat and clean. We were provided Camp fire and kitchen enjoyed cooking sometimes.  All the rooms are facing tea estates. I will recommend this place for friends and family groups
