I have stayed for 1 day & took family room. Rooms are big and cleans, washrooms are also clean & big. The service and food in property is best. We personally service provided by the staff. Must consider this place as a option to stay during your ooty visit as this place is in City centre, its big cottage stay with having inside games good gardens having some books and staff is really good and supportive.

Very nice, clean rooms with lots of space. Amazing breakfast and food whatever you want to eat you just need to inform the staff and it will be on your table. Very humble staff. I want to visit the same place again in future also.

Botanical garden is straight ahead with 5 mins walking distance. We had the king size duplex room. The rooms are cozy. Above all, the staff were extremely helpful. Especially the chef. He made sure to separately cook Jain food for us. I cannot put in words the quality of service he gave us. They made our day blessed! They made us want to stay there for few more days. Just note that the owner is not staying there. And he is the one who makes the reservations on call. So don't worry, because the rooms are luxurious and comfortable.

we loved our stay here. The rooms were pretty decent and clean and big in size and it was in the heart of ooty and the rooms had all facilities and the care takers were really good and accommodating. The billiards table was a good pass time. The car parking was also spacious and we absolutely loved our stay here 😊

Spacious rooms. The family room has two beds, one king and one queen to accommodate a family of four. The caretakers are friendly and will cook delectable homemade food for you. The complimentary breakfast will include cereals or any other thing you order. The garden is beautiful and has a tree that was bearing limes when we visited in September. It has parking spots for cars and outdoor sitting areas. The first floor has billiards table and carrom board along with bookshelves on both floors.

We stayed for 5 nights. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice games like billiards and carrom. A nice little garden. Rooms are spacious and clean. Walkable distance to botanical garden and restaurants and moddy's cafe.

Nice, comfortable centrally located homestay with a great way of the church and lots of birds & flowers surrounding the house. It's a laid-back homestay with basic amenities. Its a good option for backpackers.

We stayed here for 5 nights and really really enjoyed it! It's a beautiful big house close to the charring cross market area with lot of shopping and restaurant options around. The place is very well maintained by the caretakers who are very courteous and prompt in their service. The lounge area with pool table and books presented a nice place for recreation. The free breakfast was top notch and felt like home food. This place shines as an example of how a homestay should be. Kudos! Except for the fluctuating Wifi, we did not have any issues during the stay. Will refer this place to all our friends who plan to visit Ooty.
