The food at the hotel was delicious, and the service staff were extremely polite and attentive. The rooms were neat and well-maintained. However, my experience with the owner was very disappointing. Over the phone, he agreed on a certain room price and asked me to visit the property. But upon arrival, he had another person show me the rooms, quoting a different and higher price. When I mentioned our earlier discussion, he argued that the agreed price applied to a different (and much lower-quality) room. He then tried to show untidy, poorly maintained rooms for half the price, and even attempted to take me to another property that was in very bad condition. After wasting a lot of time negotiating and visiting multiple locations, he finally offered a small discount — still higher than the original price we had discussed. Overall, while the staff and food were great, the owner’s dishonest and manipulative pricing tactics ruined the experience. Be cautious and get all pricing details in writing before visiting to avoid wasting time and money.
