The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it an ideal place to relax away from the city. A special mention goes to Krish, the caretaker, and his lovely family. They were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. From preparing homely meals to guiding us with local tips, they made our stay feel very personal and cared for. This is a beautiful property beside Bhimtal lake. The peaceful experience of calm and serenity from the balcony view of the lake was enchanting. The food was tasty and the services were quick and prompt for us. The cleanliness maintained here also made my family's stay so comfortable. Would have loved to stay more longer. Awaiting to come back at The Selakhola House soon.

Simply beautiful... Selakhola house is the right choice to rejuvenate yourself with the mesmerizing view of rising sun amidst hills and the serine Bhimtaal lake facing the very famous Bhimeshwar temple. The property is very welcoming with its soothing and comforting interiors nicely maintained by the courteous staff. It is truly a gateway to peace and a place to revive yourself. I would definitely like to come again and again...

On arrival we were welcomed by breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Waking up to the sunrise right from our bed was truly magical – a beautiful scene as both lake and the hills around come alive. The rooms were clean, cozy, and came with a well-equipped toilet & tea/ coffee kits for our morning and evening cuppas.The food here made us feel like we were at home – fresh, simple, and absolutely delicious. Krish, the caretaker and cook, is a warm & cheerful person.Himani, the owner, was just a call away and made every effort to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her warmth and constant check-ins made one feel at home. If you're looking for peace, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality,The Selakhola House is the right place to be in the lap of nature.
