I loved my stay with Sarthak and Nikki! They’re super welcoming and make it feel like a home away from home. This was the second place I stayed in Tapovan and I loved that it was further away from noise with all the nature. The rooftop and balconies are clutch. And they were SO helpful with anything I needed- from an extra towel to arranging a ride to the airport. The people running the shop right down the street are SO nice and have the cutest pug puppy. And there’s also a veggie stand right there. Good location. Good peeps. All around good vibes- I’d book it! 👍🏻

A Truly Heartwarming Stay at 12:22 Staying at 12:22 was such a delightful experience—it genuinely felt like a home away from home. The hosts, a wonderful couple, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel welcomed and cared for in every way. The location is perfect—peaceful yet well-connected, making it easy to explore the area. But what truly made the stay special was the warmth of the hosts and their sweet child, whose cheerful energy added an extra touch of joy to our days. Thank you so much for hosting us and creating such a cozy, welcoming space. We’ll always carry fond memories of 12:22 and look forward to returning someday!

In 2024, I decided to move to Rishikesh for a couple of months. A family friend recommended 12:22, and since I was traveling solo, my top priorities were safety, security, and reliable WiFi - especially because I was working remotely. From the moment I arrived, not only were all my boxes ticked, but I found so much more than I expected. I met amazing people who quickly became like family. Sarthak and Nikki were nothing but warm and kind, always making sure I felt at home. And then there’s my favorite, Rupansh — a bundle of love who had so much to give to everyone around. What was supposed to be a short stay of a few months turned into 10 months, simply because this place felt like home. Saying goodbye felt like leaving a piece of my heart behind. If you’re looking for a long-term or short-term stay in Rishikesh, I truly cannot recommend 12:22 enough. ❤️

This was the most nourishing and welcoming stay! I was warmly welcomed by this beautiful family and my stay was very pleasant. The homestay is situated at the top of upper tapovan on the way to the hidden waterfall. This gave it easy access to both the cafes and traveller yogi scene in upper tapovan and also to the beautiful nature up the road. Sarthak the owner has the biggest smile and was very helpful in regards to helping me find a laptop adapter. Something I simply wouldn't have been able to find without him. My primary reason to stay was that I needed reliable WiFi and this was delivered without any problem for an important meeting I had. The bedroom was large and comfortable with a balcony and there was a useful kitchen too. If you are looking for a perfect stay with a lovely family I recommend this homestay whole heartedly.

I would highly recommend this place to stay. It's a wholesome and brilliant home to be in, with kitchen floor kitchens available if needed. It's outside of the main part of the city which makes it much quieter. What made the difference is the communication and the warmest welcome there, it felt like being part of the family. I don’t think I’ve come across kinder people. The accommodations was very clean. I switched accommodations many times during my visit to Rishikesh and was very happy when I arrived here. There’s also a beautiful baby who is a ray of sunshine. The beds are comfy . They have solar water heater so it gets warm and not hot so just be mindful if you come during proper winter . Also the yoga hall is very beautiful. They have plants !!! The owners artwork is throughout and is stunning . Thank you all again for you love and kindness
