Totally a bad experience. Rooms are not at all cleaned. I went based on there reviews on google and due to that paid good amount as well, but it seems to be wasted. No room service, no cleaning, everywhere dust , dust & dust

REVIEW : — Our stay at Royce Villa Hotel was very enjoyable and satisfying. We felt more like staying at a Home Stay rather than in a usual hotel. The services and food were very good and management was very cordial and helpful in many ways, so we could enjoy our tour with more pleasure. I will not recommend to couples and family. There is nothing like service, there is one room with lake view, window was broken, anyone can Enter in the room. There nothing like guest privacy, certains were not proper it's balcony is for everyone, So noisy, one staff guy was sleeping just near to broken window. Felt very uncomfortable.

Great Place good ambiance. when you travel to hill station what else do you prefer in a hotel that great serves, enjoyable atmosphere and comfortable ? Well, this hotel & it's room has it all! I visited here with my family. We had booked family rooms. It was so much peaceful. It was hard to leave that place. The experience was notable & service was of a great quality with food too!

An amazing hotel with an outstanding view of naini lake. Extremely courteous staff welcomes you every time to visit here. I've been visiting this home stay for over 2+ years and have never felt the change in the warm greetings by the staff. Even they offer a great variety of cuisines with an exquisite taste.

The locality and approach is excellent. You can view the lake while sipping your morning tea which is nothing but heavenly feeling. To add more on this, you receive such awesome service and food that gives home like feeling. Highly recommend it.
